MUY BUENA UBICACION
A pesar de ser un inmueble antigüo, el departamento se encuentra en muy buen estado de uso y conservación. Es un poco oscura el área de estar, dado que tiene una pequeña ventana que se ilumina a través de una biblioteca, que forma como un pasillo. Lo mejor que tiene es la muy buena predisposición de Sylvia P (su propietaria) para solucionar cualquier problema que se presente.
Con relación al precio, este me pareció un poco alto, pero responde a la oferta y demanda que existe en estos momentos en Río por el mundial de futbol.

Excelente ubicacion
Apartamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para un grupo de 4 o 5 personas.Ubicación inmejorable.Cerca de Estación de metro y a dos cuadras de la playa de Copacabana.La dueña muy amable y siempre dispuesta a brindar ayuda.Muy recomendable!!!
