In addition, the condominium has a laundry located on the 3rd floor, a gym on the 19th floor and on the ground floor, a mini market, a self-service machine and a coworking space for work and meetings. COVID-19 RULES Due to the global pandemic, Curitiba has implemented strict health and social responsibility protocols. Here at our community, we take extra steps to ensure the safety of all guests and residents. Unfortunately, some recreational areas are temporarily closed. Otherwise, they will be donated or discarded (we do not store perishable items). Prohibitions: photos, consumption of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes are prohibited in all areas of the building.
