You will LOVE this cozy 3/2 house! Pool table

10 foot plus high ceilings, open floorpan, brand new appliances, tastefully decorated with very high end boutique and reclaimed wood furnishings. Pool table in the man cave garage! 200 meg/sec wifi and extra flatscreen TV in the master bedroom. Loaded Roku (Amazon streaming, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, ESPN, CNN etc). Great access to Mopac of I35 and right near the train to downtown! One of the best park and trail systems in Austin is just two blocks away...You'll love it!

It's perfect for a weekend getaway to Austin! Centrally located with quick access to Austin's attractions. Plenty of rooms and a great open kitchen.

Wells Branch is quiet neighborhood (voted best for kids in Texas!) with great access to both major roads to get downtown (Mopac or I35). You can also hop on the metro rail for an easy ride downtown and the station is about 1 mile away. There are some restaurants that literally back up to the house including Austin's rave reviewed Garbo's...literally walk 2 minutes around the corner and you are there! Beautiful parks, trails, pools, and recreational facilities are just a couple of blocks away.
