Small deck and grill with outdoor seating and fire pit. Cabin is within walking distance of Rocky Top Winery and gift shop, free wine sampling available during business hours. If you are looking for a quiet getaway and love nature we could be the perfect place for you.

Peaceful
We lucked into booking for the weekend of Spring Festival which was a blast from the free hamburgers and hot dogs, wine tasting and live music. Sunrise with a cup of coffee on the porch was a quiet and relaxing way to begin the day. Couldn't ask for better hosts than Bob and Wilma, they are an absolute joy to be around. Hubby caught 9 fish in the fishing pond which he released back so they could grow up. The cabin is beautifully furnished and finished, complete with everything you need except your clothing and food (if you wish to cook there). We will definitely remember this place and go back in the future. Only down side was Saturday night when the people in an adjacent cabin had a little to much to drink and were on the loud side till quite late (after 10pm).

Peaceful and Inviting
We spent one night at the cabin. It was a wonderful stay - Wilma is such a great hostess. The wine tasting at the winery was great - and we liked the wine so much we bought some to bring home. The view of the pond and winery from the cabin porch is beautiful. Our two shih tzus loved relaxing on the porch as well. It's about 7 miles into the town of Allen, which has a grocery store, a diner and a Dive in - fast food place. The diner does close at 3 on Saturdays, so be sure to bring food for the grill at the cabin or you can get a good cut of meat at the market. The cabin is comfortable with a queen bed and another double in the loft area. There's also a kitchenette. The only slight negative is the sporadic availability of cell phone service and wifi, which was only really good while up at the winery. We had a very relaxing couple of days!
