REMINDERS:
You have chosen to stay in a condominium unit and not in a hotel or backpacker hostel. We don't have 24 hour room service but we will try our best to cater your request as soon as we can.
KITCHEN:
Cooking of food is allowed using the induction cooker but limited to simple and easy to prepare. No cooking of dried fish and other long lasting stinky food. The kitchen area is where you consume all your meals. It is prohibited to take your meals into your bed.
You can buy any drinks or snacks inside the fridge for a reasonable price. Just inform the caretaker upon check-out.
HOUSEKEEPING:
For long nights stay, request of unit cleaning is available one day ahead with a minimal fee of Php250 pesos. Bed sheet, blankets and towels are changed every 4-5 days free of charge. We will clean the condo unit as well after changing.
FURNITURE/APPLIANCES:
Guests have to respect the set-up or arrangement of the unit. We don't allow furniture or appliances to be moved from its original location and put it elsewhere.
INTERNET:
It is strictly forbidden to surf any pornographic, anti democratic, or any other inappropriate websites. Please refrain from downloading and uploading big files.
KEYS:
Lock the main door once you leave the unit.
For lost key, you will be charge Php 2,000.00 for the door knob replacement.

I was nervous because I'd never stayed in a private rental before, but it turned out to be the perfect call. First, the owner was very responsive to questions. Second, the place was beautiful (with a nice playground for kids, a basketball court, and a very nice pool). The room was very good for my needs with excellent WiFi, a great shower (digital temperature controlled), and even a washing machine on premises. Third, the location could not have been better. It's a 5 minute walk to the mall, which has everything you could possibly want to entertain yourself far from home. American restaurants, Starbucks AND Dunkin Donuts, a movie theater, more stuff for kids to do, and tons of shopping.
The ONLY downside was it was a 150p ride to where the better bars were, and about 300p to the dock for the ferry to Samal. But since that's a fraction of what you'd pay in most other countries for cab rides, it's not much of a downside (although it's about a half hour to the ferry). There's so much to do there and it's really safe. The guards at the condo don't just keep out problems, they station at every building to assist residents and even call for cabs. It was a great stay and made my vacation infinitely less complicated.

Nice to get away
Was on holidays and found this place to stay. When I arrived was greeted by persons to give me the keys and to show me around the unit. Well presented, very neat and tidy. I stayed here for a week, it was everything I needed. Close to some nice restaurants, an easy city to find your way around. Secure and well maintained condo, I enjoyed my stay here, would recommend.

Wherever you are in Davao, Ask any locals for the direction on how to go to SM shopping mall in ecoland. You can easily find One Oasis Condominium just beside the SM carpark. If the security guard in the gate will ask you, just inform them you are going to stay in Unit 416 Building 4.
