We do not like having many rules, but we would need to carry out these to ensure you have a great time: - TURN OFF all lights and air conditioners when you leave. - SMOKING is not preferred. But that is fine if smoking outside the place. - MOVE all furniture BACK the same spot before you check out. - DO NOT TAPE anything on the wall or you must pay for repaint the entire wall. - PETS are not allowed in our property - DO NOT MAKE NOISE after 10pm. - PROSTITUTES are not allowed in the room.

Perfect villa

We had a wonderful vacation in this villa with Kate and Lucy's help. All staffs are very friendly and do the best they can. Da Nang is very beautiful, we enjoyed the trip so much

Great Villa

A really great villa in Da Nang. Villa was very spacious and the bedrooms large with great big beds. Pool and sauna great too. Kate the host was incredible she couldn’t do enough she came in every day to make coffee and help on trips...More

nice place, helpful staff

We had a great moment here. The villa was wonderful. Suitable for family. The kids enjoyed a lot in the pool. All the staff was helpful, especially Kate. Must come again. Highly recommend to my friends.More

A luxury villa with great facilities but reasonable price. Good location, closed to My Khe beach, and many good restaurants nearby. Kate is very supportive, responsive and helpful.More
