The cottages were designed to offer busy professionals a tranquil and relaxing setting for a restful holiday, in one of the most attractive areas of southern Turkey. Located in a traditional farming village, the noisiest neighbours are the chickens, goats and cows!
Each of the cottages has been lovingly restored as close as possible to its original design but with all mod cons and fittings expected of a modern property.

Additional Rate and Availability Information
We are happy to fit in with arrival and departure dates and times that best suit our clients.
We ask clients to pay 50% of the rental rates to confirm their booking and the balance one month prior to arrival. Clients can pay in Sterling with a UK cheque or by ibanking online. We are also registered with PayPal, where you can pay in any currency by credit or debit card, but we have to add 5% to all invoices, due the commission charges levied.
Once paid, both deposits and balances are non-refundable. This is because as soon as a deposit is paid, all other enquires for the cottages are then declined.
About the neighbourhood
There are many ancient sites such as Xanthos, Kadyanda, Tlos, Letoon and many others. The areas beaches, with one exception are pebbles. They are in the main kept spotlessly clean and tidy.
Towering above the Kaya Valley is the Baba Dag mountian. This is the site from which the hang gliders launch. You can see them all year round and the annual international festival is held in Oludeniz. If you want a thrilling flight have a go ! In the Kaya Village is the Ghost Town. This is worth a visit. The Ghost Town was featured in Louis de Berniers book 'Birds Without Wings'.
