Great place with many extra amenities, nice living room area with smart tv on the wall. Very comfortable beds after a long day of fishing. Awesome Host great communication.

This was a very nice property. The games were fun....
This was a very nice property. The games were fun. We played scrabble and video games. The place was spacious. It had a nice screened in porch. If I had more time and was staying longer, we would have used the fire pit. The property had a lot of amenities. The owners thought of everything you could have needed.

Looking forward to staying here again in the future! The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family party of 4. Fishing was easy access to Salmon River.

We loved "Rivers and Trails"! The house is supper...
We loved "Rivers and Trails"! The house is supper clean and very nicely decorated. We cooked most of the time we were there, and found the kitchen to be very well equipped with stainless steel pans and all new dishes and glass wear. The fridge is even bigger than mine at home! It had some really cool things like a video game system, and night lights that came on as you walked past them. It's also in a great location for salmon fishing (about a mile from the lower fly fishing zone at the Altmar bridge) and 5 mins from Ellis Cove (my favorite spot), so it made it easy to come home for lunch! All around- the house was awesome (clean, roomy and fun) and will be our new spot for fishing in October! Thanks River and Trails!!

First time UTV weekend
This place was perfect for our first trip with our side by sides. Trails close by along with gas station, food, and Dollar General. The house was very clean and accommodating. The screens in porch was lovely and relaxing.

Ultimate Chill Out House
My family and I attended a wedding at the Tailwater Lodge. This house was the perfect because it was only a few minutes from the venue. The house is super clean, comfortable and the owner thought of every conceivable item like spare tooth brushes (my husband of course forgot his). Plenty of towels and the even offered K cups for the Keurig, coffee creamer were among some of the items I wouldn't have expected from a rental. We enjoyed the screen in porch. fire pit and watching the Amish wagons go by. The game room was a nice feature and we enjoyed it immensely. I hope in our travels we find more houses like this one!
