Villa Kismet is surrounded by hibiscus, palm and fragrant jasmine. Air conditioning to both en suite bedrooms, wooden polished teak and stone floors, cedar window shutters, decorated with Colourful Turkish kilims, silk cushions and Cappadiocian pots, with panoramic views over the bay. Your own private terrace balcony with BBQ. From the moment you enter Villa Kismet you cannot help but be impressed as the pink bougainvillea tumbles from the terracotta roof and the red Hibiscus opens its blooms to the sun. A few minutes walk from a private shoreline and all amenities of this exclusive resort.

When you find the place that makes you happy you don't look any further

The ideal place Perfect setting,cracking accomodation with a stunning view Good restuarants [Doy Doy's welcome and quality of food and service made it a favourite] Jeep safari was great fun and saklikent gorge was a highlight [go all the way to the end.Those of us that pushed on through felt rewarded to have made it ] A boat trip is a must If you want a holiday where you can look up from your book and see a beuatiful setting,go out for a qaulity meal,take in the culture and the history and have an evening swim in an infinity pool this will be right up your street. If you want to lay in the sun and then get dressed up for a night of people watching round town you'll love it too. We do.

About the neighbourhood

Kalkan has an air of tranquility that other's have lost, narrow paved streets lined with vine covered cafe's and small shops lead you down to the harbour where you can sit in the shade and watch the boats leaving the harbour. At night Kalkan offers excellent cuisine from the many roof top restaurants. For the young at heart visit a choice of bars and dance the night away under the stars. If you don't want to leave the romance of Patara Prince resort you have a choice of restaurants that also offer very high standards of food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Kalkan has a market on a Thursday from dawn to dusk where you can buy locally produced veg, fruit, dairy produce, your usual "cheap as chips" fake designer wear, spices, pottery and handbags. You will find various excursions operating from Kalkan, visiting many historical sites, towns and mountain villages, you can hire a boat for the day and visit different coves (try the mud pack in one of the coves, works wonders for the skin I am told) lunch is prepared on deck, along with afternoon tea! Visit the sunken city at Kekova where you can still see the remains of a Roman harbour, or explore the spectacular Sakilkent Gorge the longest and deepest in Turkey. Fethiye offers the largest market in the area and has an excellent gold centre. A Jeep safari is a brilliant day out, visit Meis a Greek Island off Kas ( the next town along the coast ). Canoeing, horse riding, fishing all available.............or just relax by the pool!

Flying from Uk to Dalaman, you can book flights via the internet on websites such as: charterflights.co.uk ebookers.com or telephone Tappers Travel and ask for Ruth or Bobby on 01404 47487, they will be more than happy to help with flights from all major and regional airports and have access to most flights that are available. Private car rental can be arranged, or, if preferred airport transfers direct to your accommodation, please let me know should you require this service. please allow around £100 return for up to 3 people. An air-conditioned mini-bus can be booked for £150 return.
