A place where the past King of Thailand Chose to build the seaside palace. Now a place with luxurious 5-stars seaside resorts , vacation homes & condos ( properties of the wealthy business people in Bangkok ).

Fantastic location, can not get any better!
Grand Condotel is not a resort, these are private residences that are rented out to tourists. Please ensure you ask about bedding, linens, towels, etc. Condos are good size, with truly incredible views of the gulf of Thailand. This building is literally 30 metres from the gulf. The beach area is probably the nicest you will find in this area of Thailand. Staff at reception centre are courteous, however, there is minimal English spoken here, practice a little Thai language before booking. Restaurants are a 10 minute walk towards Cha-am on the beach.
