The bungalow come with a full-functional modern kitchen if you prefer to cook your own food. If you require a cook, we can provide you with one at an additional cost. Breakfast is included in the rate, with a fixed menu of continental and South Indian options. The refrigerator will be stocked with eggs, milk, bread, butter and cereals. If you’re in the mood for ordering in, guests have access to the kitchens of the East Indies restaurant in CGH Earth's Eighth Bastion hotel down the road. Lunch and dinner can be pre-ordered from our villa menu.

Perfect time in Kerala at the villa

Perfect weekend getaway with a pleasant surprise
I recently enjoyed a weekend stay at the Beach house bungalow in Fort Kochi, and it was an unforgettable experience that perfectly blended history, comfort, and modern amenities.
The bungalow's exterior, with its whitewashed walls and traditional wooden shutters, immediately transported me back in time. Inside, the decor maintained a perfect balance between 80s charm and contemporary convenience. The high ceilings, antique furniture, and vintage photographs added to the historical ambiance, while the updated bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay.
The staff, Mr. Cherian, was incredibly hospitable, offering personalized recommendations for exploring the local area and ensuring every need was met with a smile.
The icing on the cake was a visitor at the courtyard, a peacock that flew in from the next door yard. It was a sight to behold.
Truly a stay to cherish.

The charm of CGH properties
We were a friends group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Had a lovely stay, major credit of which goes to Mr Cherian. He took care of the smallest of out needs. It is a well equipped and well situated villa. Food can either be ordered or the services of a cook are available. Breakfast at eighth Bastion was a delight like all other CGH properties. Will definitely love to come back to this place, totally worth it!

Reliable and Well located Villa
Luxury Hospitality at its best.
We were a group of friends who visited Kochi for a holiday. Loved the property and its amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with necessities.

Mr. Cherian who was the property manager took utmost care of our comfort, prompt in responses and was always reachable. He suggested us the right things to do and ensured all our requirements were taken care of.

Our stay at the CGH Beach Gate Bungalows
A very enjoyable stay with family. Great location, clean bungalow and great staff. Our caretaker Cherian is a must experience character. Anything you would want in Kochi is just a phone call away for Mr.Cherian. We definitely will be staying here again soon.

Lovely cottage, lovely host, lovely food
A really lovely place with a very attentive host, Cherian. Pool and house very clean. Ate eat eight bastion sister hotel or had their food delivered. Really lovely fresh food. Altogether gets 5 stars!
Only little point to improve on would be more sun loungers by the private pool as there are only 2 for a cottage that sleeps 6 although space might be a little bit limited for more.
