The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. - There are 2 suite rooms on the first floor. - Heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - TV is offered in the room on the ground floor. - All rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 5 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - Bathtubs are offered in all the attached bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 15 people. - The dining room seats up to 6 people. - There is a 21,780 sq. ft lawn. - It can seat up to 60 people at any given time. KITCHEN - Kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a toaster, an induction plate, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary - Meals are priced at Rs.800 per meal for vegetarian and Rs.900 per meal for non-vegetarian, per person, per day. - Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Nagar Delight and Nightingale Cafe. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa, except the kitchen. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 maid staff and 1 driver at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, excluding meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - This property is not suitable for pets. - There is no water purifier. The tap water comes filtered. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit can be used at an additional cost. POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.

Review on Kang Estate and StayVista

Review on Kang Estate Pros 1) Exotic Location 2) Courteous staff 2) Tasty food 3) serenity Cons 1) Your own vehicle is required else it is very difficult to access 2) No clarity about food eg it was mentioned in voucher that breakfast is included in the package, but no clarity on type and quantity of breakfast. 3) Eventhough breakfast is free, bottle of water given with breakfast is chargeable. And price of one bottle is rs 75/- which we feel quite expensive. At 2 km there is Nashalla village where you get water bottle at MRP of Rs 20/- 4) It's a G+2 bungalow but no Lift so a bit difficult for people with walking disability. 5) we booked standard room no 3 which is on second floor. There is lot of disturbance of pigeon. Also no proper ventilation for toilet area for this room. Though there are small windows, they are almost inaccessible. 6) steep slop at entrance makes it difficult to commute without vehicle Review on StayVista Very bad experience in online booking process. Agreed that it was rebooking & transferred to my name from sister's, any issue should have been sorted out within a day or two maximum. But the experience was so bad that we had to leave aside our work & be after Vista staff continuously for almost a week.

We were truly amazed...

Our stay at Kang Estate was magical beyond all expectations. The Villa is heavenly beautiful.. The Staff were friendly and amazing accommodating. The food was totally delicious. In Manali, we would not consider staying anywhere other than here. Absolutely perfect.. On the top, Mr Emma (Owner) is an amazing person to speak too... Thank you for your wonderful hospitality...Looking forward to see you in 2021.
