-Apartment is located in the middle of Opatija, on the first floor of an Belle Epoque Villa. It is a dream to look on the Main street Opatija from every window, but also having a quiet stay in the same time due the quality window renovation. The apartment has high ceilings, a big living room, well equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 stunning bathrooms and a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the city center view and look at the Angiolina Park which is just across the street!

The Villa is located in the heart of Opatija. As Opatija's Architecture is about 130 years old, keep in mind back then were no cars, that's why the city center streets are pretty thin for parking, although this apartment provides a safe parking space. Also if you arrive by plane or train, you do not need a car. Everything is in Opatija accessible very easy by foot.
