Amazing duplex house with 5 or 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms located in the center of the city, 3 blocks from the Main Square. There are 2 complete floors of 225 square meters each one (450 in total) with common spaces to rest, interior fireplace, large kitchen and a backyard that allows you to enjoy nature in the center of the city. You will find nothing like it in Punta Arenas.

Ideal para familias.
Hermosa casa, grande, calefaccionada, full equipada y con muchas camas. Ubicación central y conveniente. También es segura para el acceso.

EL MEJOR ALOJAMIENTO DE PUQ!
Una casa amplia, con bastantes habitaciones, muy cómodas, calefacción y agua en perfecto funcionamiento, totalmente equipado en cuanto a sábanas, toallas, utensilios, etc. Muy limpio, y con una ubicación PERFECTA. La decoración es muy acogedora y tiene muchos detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa. Tiene un patio amplio y realmente cuenta con mucho más que los servicios básicos. Cabe mencionar que el dueño es un excelente host, muy amable y me dio varios consejos para tener una mejor experiencia en la ciudad. Sinceramente recomiendo este alojamiento a ojos cerrados! NO HAY LUGAR MEJOR QUE ESTE EN PUNTA ARENAS.

Very super host!
The place is gorgeous, including the patio and back yard. We had 10 in our party and I didn't feel cramped at all. But for me, the best thing was Marizio, the host. I got sick while I was there, but all my friends had gone on a day trip. I had no idea what to do. I called Marizio and he helped me find a doctor to go to immediately, and was with me via text the entire process in case I had a problem getting there, or getting meds, or getting back to the AirBNB. It certainly wasn't in his job description, but it was so very kind of him for being there for me like that.

Punta Arenas
This duplex was absolutely beautiful. The host accommodated a group of 10 easily. Our group arrived and departed at different times. The host went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance. This duplex includes a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. We absolutely loved it

Charming & Spacious Home
Great house, spacious and warm enviroments. Well located close to restaurants, services and at walking distance from the city center. The house has it own car garage with remote gate.

The best place in PA for a big group
Very comfortable place, perfect for a big group with many different rooms to sleep, have dinner, spend time, etc. The hoster is so nice and it’s easy to contact to solve our needs.

Excellent stay
Fabulous house for a big group, has absolutely everything you need including secure garage and wonderful facilities. We stayed for 14 days and we had not a single complaint

Amplios espacios y ambiente muy acogedor.
La casa/hostal se encuentra muy bien equipada, posee espacios amplios y un ambiente muy acogedor. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con buena iluminación, cómodas camas y calefacción. Nos encanto la cocina y su gran ventanal, un espacio propicio para tomar un mate y conversar largas horas.

Paraíso terrenal en Punta Arenas
Mauricio!!!! Muchas gracias!!!!!! Que casa más acogedora, gozamos en familia la chimenea, la cocina en los desayunos, las camas esquisitas y muy calentito. Fue una estadía espectacular!!! Se nota el cariño que le ponen y además la Carolina es increíble, tenía todo limpiecito con un olor delicioso!! Además queda muy cerca del Kiosco Roca, que es un imperdible de Punta Arenas donde se toma una esquisita leche con plátano y un choripán. Aquí mando fotos de aperitivos que hicimos en la cocina, donde disfrutamos en familia, y de alguno de los lugares de la casa.
