My extended family of 9-12 (at different times) occupied 2 apartments at Casa Mandl.
We arrived at dusk, called the manager, as instructed, and she was there within minutes.
In clear, good English she helped us settle and explained how the 3 keys worked, and how the appliances worked. After 2 days, I blew a fuse and called her and by the time we returned everything was fixed.
We occupied the apartment that is shown on the ad and an additional one accross a small outside balcony.
The apartments were roomy, and typical to older style, very tall. giving us a feeling of spaciousness. The parquet floors were lovely. as well. Beautifully decorated, we truly felt that we were in someone's home.
Our apartment had 2 sofas that one (or even 2) can sleep on and a chair that could be unfolded to make a bed, in addition to the "loft" that had a queen size bed.
