Our Superior one-bedroom apartments for rent are elegantly furnished and are located on the top floor of the apartment building. You can enjoy a nice size quiet balcony with city view and quiet street views.
There is a bedroom with queen size bed, shower room with toilet, living area with small balcony with quiet street view, dining area plus a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and cookware.
In this flat, the open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting areas are connected to the bedroom through a spacious corridor, where two cabinets are at your disposal. In one of them are „hidden“ the electric heater and the washing machine. The other one may be used for clothes and all kind of baggage that you are bringing with you.

Our apartments are all in one brand new building in the top central area of Varna. You can walk to all major places of interest – the University of Economics, the Sport palace, the Sea park, the beach, Black Sea hotel, central promenade, the Town Hall, the Museum of Archeology, even to the Cathedral.
