This modern apartment is located in the centre of the Old Town in a 700 years old house completely refurbished in 2011. All historical monuments, museums, city hotspots, beaches, cafes, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and local fish, fruit and vegetable market are reachable by foot. <BR><BR>From the east side of the house you have views of the St. Donat Church, the Cathedral and the remains of a 2000-year-old Roman forum and a Roman temple. The west side overlooks the old romantic streets, the Church of St. Francis and the Franciscan Monastery.<BR><BR>We offer you a quite romantic stay in an old house hidden inside the walls of the Old Town with all the beaches, concerts and parties in a short walking distance. Great apartment
From the very start of booking they were very helpful and even tried to find us car hire etc, they organised taxi from airport also and turned up after 10pm to let us in as flight was delayed.
Very helpful from the start and booked reservation to restaurants etc, also showed us all the best places to see as we were only is Zadar for 2 days
Probably the best location you want!

La mejor opción si te alojas en Zadar
El apartamento está muy bien equipado, es moderno y recién restaurado. La ubicación es perfecta y sobre todo la atención del personal de recepción, siempre atentos y serviciales. La chica habla un perfecto español y se desvive por proporcionar toda la ayuda e información posibles.
Hay parking gratuito junto al alojamiento y te ayudan a conseguir un hueco.
Las escaleras de caracol para acceder a los apartamentos son incómodas para mover el equipaje pero el personal se ofreció amablemente a ayudarnos a subir y bajarlo. Es un inconveniente menor frente a todas los demás ventajas.

Aperfect location with excellent service
We spent a most enjoyable week here. The apartment was very well equipped and location could not be better. Sanja and Marco at reception were most helpful and friendly. They gave us a lot of useful advice on places to visit and how to get there. The stairs was not a problem as Marco very kindly brought up our luggage. The fact that they spoke English was a big help and Sanja was so proud of her country and what it had to offer that her enthusiasm was infectious. They both showed a keen interest in how our day went and what we liked.

Excelent service, great host, ideal place to stay in Zadar
We went in Zadar for a weekend break and found this place to be absolutely amazing. The host was really,really helpful, giving us directions to every single attraction/thing to see in the city of Zadar. Absolutely no complain at all, everything was perfect. Really enjoyed it.

excellent service
We stayed for three weeks and could not fault this accommodation for the price we paid. It is very central to all amenities and attractions. The receptionist was really helpful and the owner picked us up from the airport. The appt was spotless and well equipped. We found Zadar absolutely charming. We ate at Skoblar where the staff are really friendly. The Garden is a bar well worth a visit.

Ottima posizione e buon comfort
Abbiamo soggiornato presso gli appartamenti Donat per 3 notti, all'inizio di settembre.
La struttura è in pieno centro, a fianco del Foro Romano, e si affaccia su un piazzale, unico parcheggio gratuito di tutto il centro di Zadar. Il parcheggio, come gli appartamenti, si trova all'interno della zona pedonale, ma si può tranquillamente ignorare il cartello di divieto di accesso...
Il nostro appartamento era al primo piano, ed era costituito da una cucina abitabile e ben attrezzata, una camera con 2 letti gemelli accostati e un grande armadio, e un bagno cieco.
La struttura è stata ristrutturata molto di recente, e tutto è nuovo e ben tenuto.
Unico difetto, la scala a chiocciola di legno che porta a i piani, scomodissima nel caso di bagagli ingombranti. Per lo stesso motivo, le camere non sono accessibili ai disabili.
La signorina della reception è molto gentile, fornisce cartine della città e informazioni di ogni genere.
Tutti monumenti e le attrazioni di Zadar sono a pochi passi di distanza, quindi è la sistemazione ideale.

Simpatia e posizione
Edificio vicinissimo al centro e al porto (con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in un piazzale adiacente), composto da sei appartamenti tutti modernamente attrezzati e dotati di tutti i confort.
La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
Unico neo la scala a chiocciola, per accedere ai piani, troppo stretta per salire con i bagagli.

Excellent service, very central in old town, good size room.
The studio seemed completely new - larger than most hotel rooms. The kitchen area had table with 2 comfortable seats, 2 hotplates, fridge, coffee maker and plenty of equipment for 2. Bed comfortable. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Service was brilliant; we were given help with car rental and car parking in very full car park, places to visit, brochures for visits further afield and always a very warm welcome and a chat about our day. Could not have been more central; very easy walking distance from airport bus stop, ferries to the islands, sea organ and all shops and restaurants. Only negatives: the stairs to the flats are very narrow and winding and our studio on the top floor has a sloping roof with a window that cannot be blacked out very well - it gets quite bright in the morning.
