If you want to enjoy your holiday but also have fun and get the feeling of night life in Pula, our apartment is definitly for you.<BR><BR>Our beautiful and comfortable apartment of 67m2 is composed of: two comfortabe bedrooms, spacious living room, lovely kitchen with dining area and one bathroom.<BR>You can also enjoy the privacy of apartment and whole buiding with no other tenants.<BR><BR>1. Accommodation is avalible from 03.00 pm on the day of arrival until 11.00 am to on the day of departure. <BR>2. Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrivel for registration at the Tourist office. <BR>3. Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartment and the ower is not responsible for the subsequent loss there of.<BR>4. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the apartment surrounding area and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves. <BR>5. When you are going out be sure that you lock the doors and close windows, switch off the lights and all electical appliances (TV, air-conditioning...) and turn off all the taps. <BR>6. It is forbidden to remove apliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the house. <BR>7.The owner shall deliver linens twice a week.<BR>8.Guest is obliged to clean and maintain the house and return it to the owner in the condition in witch it was found. Otherwise, the owner may charge the guest for additional cleaning. <BR>9. Pets are not allowed in the house.<BR>10. In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse furthep providing of services. <BR>11. In the event of the disappearance or damage to instalations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the house, the guest obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the desappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
