Our newly renovated apartment is located on the south side of city walls (in a 17th century house) fits 2 - 4 people, has a beautiful sea view and is located 100 meters from main street Stradun, in a close proximity to many beaches (Buza bar) and island Lokrum.
The house of 60 square meters, consists of a ground floor and two floors, each 20 square meters, equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor is a bathroom with washing machine, towels, hygienic supplies, then the kitchen completely equipped. On the first floor is the living room equipped with cable television, dvd, pc. It has a sofa bed, which, when it is needed the bed is 160 cm wide, equipped with a memory foam so it is more comfortable than a real bed. On the second floor is a room with a bed 160 cm wide an...

Fantastic Stay
We spent 3 nights here and Marija was the perfect host and provided everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property is 3 storeys with a view onto the city wall and Lokrum island, we would have no hesitation booking here again!

On the Wall!
We spent two nights at Marija's Sea View apartment in early June 2018 and it was a wonderful experience. As pictured, the apartment has three levels. The top level is the bedroom and has a nice view of the wall and the Adriatic Sea. The bed itself is very comfortable. Despite it being on the wall, and probably hundreds of tourists walking near it every day, it's very peaceful/quiet.
The second level has a living room with a comfortable couch. After a really long first day getting to Dubrovnik, and walking around the city for several hours before taking a nice shower, we both fell asleep on that couch for almost an hour (before going out again).
Which brings us to the first floor. There's a kitchen with table as well as a bathroom/laundry room. We used the washing machine and it does a good job. Also the clothes dry off quickly on the clothesline in the top floor
The shower is great!
The owner is also very warm and welcoming. She greeted us at the bus stop by the Pile Gate and led us to the apartment. She also graciously offered herself to us to answer any questions during our visit.
If you're physically able to handle stairs, and you want to truly experience Dubrovnik, then it doesn't get much better than this apartment.

Nice clean house on the wall
Very comfortable apartment and Marija had thought of everything that would make our stay enjoyable! She met us at the gate and helped us with our luggage up the stairs (I'd recommend going light). The location is awesome because you can look out the window and see the tourists walking on the walls but It's not noisy at all. The view is spendid! She has the a/c heater unit separate for each level in the apartment which is convenient. Beds were very comfy which is my biggest concern always because of my bad back and injured shoulder. Kitchen is well stocked and she has a lovely welcome basket with snacks, a loaf of bread and juice in the fridge. There's also butter, jam and cream which is nice so you don't have to rush to the grocery on the very first day. The local grocery store is just a 3-5 min walk down the stairs in any case. Marija is a very loving and kind soul not to mention a great host! She gave us loads of useful recommendations and tips. While she walked up the stairs we even got a mini tour! She was always available to answer any questions and we communicated via text. We stayed in apartments in Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik and even though we loved all our stays, Marija's was the one we loved best! I'd love to come back and certainly recommend her apartment!

Great place
We stayed the last week of November, 2016. Loved it! Third floor bedroom window opens onto the old city wall. Apartment had all the essentials, milk, coffee, bread, etc. Plenty of hot water in walk-in shower. Great wifi service. Very charming, rennovated, comfortable bed. Three stories but we 65 year olds had no problem. (If you don't like steps, you probably shouldn't visit Dubrovnik anyway :).)
Dubrovnik a bit chilly last week in November. We hear it's very crowded in summer. Probably should shoot for late April or early October if you're interested in beach time and when all the restaurants and boat trips are open. Many were closed for season.
Marija was very helpful in providing logistical info and always available by text or phone.

About the neighbourhood
It's cortyard with old houses and local population, very friendly and pleasent.
Beside apartment, right on walls is coffe shop. It works just during the day and it's not noisy. Courtyard is pleasurable to sit outdoor, and for children playing. Close to you is little playground too.
