The first level of this duplex apartment features one double bedroom and a twin room. On the attic are one bathroom with shower, living room with pull out sofa bed which can accommodate two additional guests, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Amenities include: SAT TV, HI-FI sound system, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe deposit box, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning (both bedrooms and living room), full kitchen and a washing machine. This apartment does not have a parking place. Combination with our other apartments (within 5 mins walking distance) Hedera A5, A6, A31, A34, and A19 sleeps up to 32 guests.

Excellent location, very noisy, some things could be changed but it is a good option if you want to visit old town
The beds were excellents.
The stairs were unconfortable cause the high of every step
The sofa must be changed by another one more confortable, when you arrive you want to rest in something softer

Perfect location & everything was easy
Staying at this apartment through Hedera Estate was the best decision I made in traveling to Dubrovnik. Having a local office just blocks away from the apartment made everything so easy -- they helped me with advice on restaurants, excursions, transfers to & from the airport, and more. And the apartment itself was just as pictured, and the building felt very safe. Beds were comfortable. A/C was available and easy to use. I especially appreciated the bathtub, since I was traveling with my young daughter. Another perk: there's a grocery store right on the street. I hope to return to Dubrovnik and would definitely stay here again!

It was good, but personally would not stay in old town again as it is just too busy and very noisy at night
The apartment was in a very good location, it was not the cleanest upon arrival but adequate, it was spread over two floors with a lot of steps as you would expect anywhere in Dubrovnic. There was a lack of bin bags and the floor was grubby, there was a mop but it had no head therefore was useless. Due to its location we found it to be very noisy at night and the partying went on every night till around 2AM, we therefore had to close all the windows and shutters and put the air con on. It would have been great if it did have an outside space like a small terrace as it fely quite enclosed and claustraphobic. We were however very close to all the attractions and restaurants which was great. All in all was a great stay and we loved Dubrovnic and we will visit again, but perhaps chose a place to stay not so central, only due to the sleepness nights due to the noise.

Noisy apartment in the old town
This was my third time in the stunning city of Dubrovnik and, as I was there with other 4 members of my family, we needed a big apartment. This apartment has got two bedrooms (where 4 of us slept) and a sofa bed in the living room. Perks: it is perfectly located, 10 seconds away from the main street (Stradun) of Dubrovnik and all its landmarks; breakfast in a nearby retaurant (Marco Polo) was included in the price, and this was delicious. Drawbacks: there is a bar downstairs where a lot of people meet, on the street, which makes it very noisy and so difficult to get a good sleep; the air conditioning was not properly working in one of the bedrooms and this is a boiling region int he summer so it wasn't the nicest of the experiences to sleep or stay there; there are a lot of tall steps; there was no soap to wash our hands or any kind of body gel, which we had to buy ourselves.
