PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
O2 is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with balcony, parking and picturesque views, located on Ploce which is one of the most desirable locations in Dubrovnik. It is a pleasant 10-minute walk from Banje beach and Old Town.
The apartment has outstanding views onto the historic city walls, the Island of Lokrum and the infinity of the crystal blue Sea.
02 has been renovated in a stunning contemporary style mixed with fabulou...

Excellent !
O2 Apartment is great. Good location, near the beaches and near the old town.
The apartment is intended for 6 persons (2 large beds and 2 bunks beds). The whole place is new and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom too. The living rooms is large and comfy. There is air conditioning in all the apartment.
Thanks to the balcony you have a great view of the sea and Lokrum Island.
The rent is a little expensive but it is worth it. There is a lot to see and to do in Dubrovnik, I recommend it !
The service is excellent too, Isabelle and Viktor are very nice people and will help you with any questions.

Great !
O2 apartment is great. Good location, near the beaches and near the old town.
The apartment is intended for 6 persons (2 large beds and 2 bunks beds). The whole place is new and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom too. The living rooms is large and comfy. There is air conditioning in all the apartment.
Thanks to the balcony you have a great view of the sea and Lokrum Island.
The rent is a little expensive but it is worth it. There is a lot to see and to do in Dubrovnik, I recommend it !

Perfect! could not have asked for a better start to our wonderful holiday
This perfectly situated apartment was a great start to our holiday. After walking into the spacious and extremely clean, high spec apartment, we instantly felt at home. The views from the balcony are amazing and make for a perfect breakfast location or a night cap view. The added bonus being a little green garden that is great for relaxing and admire ring the views. Despite being a little out of the old town, it really is an easy stroll and it’s nice to be out of the busy centre and enjoy the quiet. Sandra and her husband were lovely from the start and very helpful in any query we may have had. The local beach (about 5 min walk away) has clear sea's and a lovely beach bar serving tasty food with the view of the ocean. Also worth a visit is the modern Art museum that is just opposite the beach! easy walk to shops. Basically we would go back and recommend highly to anyone who wanted a good base camp to their Croatian adventure!

Remarkable views, lovely apartment
We rented this sparkling, updated apartment on the coast above Dubrovnik for 3 nights in July. The most noteworthy feature is the views of the water, island and old town. Truly remarkable!
The apartment itself was also excellent in terms of stylishness and cleanliness. All the appliances worked -- there was good aC in the main room and 2 out of 3 sleeping areas. (The kids' room -- with bunk beds-- was pretty hot without aC. A fan would help.)
There are public beaches less than 10 minutes (walking) in either direction where you can rent chairs and umbrellas.
Check in was easy. We arrived early, but Viktor, the agent, met us at the apartment and let us leave our bags there while it was cleaned. He got us oriented to the apartment and area, and shared some good restaurant and activity recommendations.

Dear Isabelle and Viktor,
We had a fantastic time in Dubrovnik and apartment "02" was delightful.
We very much enjoyed our stay at "02". The view from the balcony was wonderful and the apartment itself had a "wow" factor. There was a real homely atmosphere about this apartment, as a matter of fact everything about "02" apartment was excellent. In terms of stylishness and cleanliness it was second to none. Service first class and information re: transport,shops, restaurants, tourist trips etc all at hand. Viktor was a wonderful host and more than helpful. Transport pick-up to and from airport to apartment - excellent. Location was within walking distance to old town and in a nice residential area. All I can say to anyone reading this report and looking for a nice apartment in Dubrovnik...don't think twice!!!
Go ahead, treat yourselves and book "02" apartment, you won't regret it and ( you certainly won't forget it) as this apartment is absolutely B E a U T I F U L !!!

Superb holiday apartment.
We stayed at the O2 apartment for 11 nights. The location is great, just a 15 min walk away from the Old Town. Beautiful views and a lovely clean, well equipped space made our Croatian holiday almost perfect. Viktor was very helpful and gave lots of hints and tips on which restaurants to visit and the ones to avoid.
The cost may have been a wee bit high but it was well worth it for the high spec of the apartment and professionalism of Isabella and Viktor.

Beautiful Apartment, Beautiful Views...
Dear Isabelle & Viktor.
Noirin and I had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik, it was our wedding and we decided we would stay somewhere really nice and were not disappointed.
Location is very good, 5 minute walk to the Ploce gate entering the old town, 5 minute walk to the nearest shop, 10 minutes to cable car.
We arrived into Dubrovnik airport and were met along with 6 others from our party who had also booked through butterflyservices.hr. We were dropped outside on the upper road, where we met Viktor who showed us around the bright spacious apartment and immediately made us feel very welcome and at home. Our first impressions upon entering the apartment were, "Wow! this is nice!!"
The views from the balcony were spectacular, overlooking the Island of Lokrum and the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik. There was a different yacht or ship anchored every day and it was fun to guess what would be there the next day, and there were some spectacular sights.
The main living area was excellent, comfortable furniture, large TV, sound system wired all over the main living area was good too. The kitchen had everything we needed, large fridge, dishwasher etc. The wifi was most welcome as we needed it from time to time! Also the air con. was very good too throughout the apartment. The bedroom was comfortable with more than adequate wardrobe space. A special mention for the shower, which was the most fun shower ever!
I don't know how to describe the room onto the quaint, small garden, but it was really beautiful, old style almost, a complete contrast to the rest of the apartment. A lot of Noirin's pre-wedding photos were taken in this room.
All in all, when the time came for us to leave on the Sunday morning, we were feeling quite sad, but happy that we had got to stay in such a nice apartment.
Isabelle was a pleasure to deal with via email, unfortunately we did not get to meet, and if we ever return to Dubrovnik (which we I am sure we will), we will be in touch!!

Fantastic views, amazing interior
We just spent 4 days in Dubrovnik. The apartment is fantastic, stylish, modern and very clean. The balcony is amazing, and we loved having breakfast overlooking the sea, and a glass of wine watching the lights of Old Town in the evening.
O2 is very well equipped, and the washer was a great bonus - we had been traveling for a few days with a few more to go, it was great to get all our clothes cleaned and refreshed. The back room is beautiful and the owners are very helpful.
We did get the transfer to and from the airport, and the drivers were very friendly and were always on time. So efficient!
The walk to Old Town is short and easy, with a market and bakery within minutes.
We loved everything about the apt, and the town, and can't wait to go back again!

A fantastic view
This apartment is excellent with a fantastic view. It was clean and delicate. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will recomend this apartment.
