And yet it is located in a centre of Dubrovnik within 10 minutes walking distance to old town. For this reason our villa offers not only quite holidays but a chance to discover the charm of Dubrovnik and to peek into its very rich history.
Our villa has no steps between road/parking and its ground floor which will give easy access if your mobility is limited.

It is located in a beautiful garden, decorated with passion, surrounded by olive and citrus trees, palms and colourful flowers and a large heated swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs. You could easily spend your entire stay on the grounds of this historical villa, but if you have a need to explore, the Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away.
On the ground floor of this 210m2 villa there are living room, kitchen, half bathroom (toilet only), and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and fireplace. All rooms have air conditioning and direct access to the main terrace.
On the first floor there are 5 more double bedrooms, two of which have double beds that can be separated into 2 single beds. Note that one bedroom is very small but contains normal size double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms with shower, another half bathroom, and access to a first floor terrace with table and chairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes.
Villa offers a spacious outdoor area with a long furnished terrace which is divided into two areas: dining area with large outside table for 12, ideal for enjoying gourmet dinners prepared on the stone BBQ inside a summer kitchen, and sitting area which invites you for relaxing, reading or just to enjoy in your favourite drink.
When you want to escape from lazy hot summer days and nights, refreshment you will find in a 10 x 4.5 meter heated swimming pool, while the pool house with bar, refrigerator and ice maker means refreshments are always within easy reach. Note that there is another toilet in the pool house and outside shower is next to the pool.
Amenities include air conditioning in every room, SAT TV, DVD player, CD player, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, two washing machines, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, safe box, BBQ and 4 parking places.

If you are looking for a home to accommodate a large group, you must stay at Villa Bruna! Pero and Rafaela are AMAZING hosts!! We were a group of 10 that stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time in Dubrovnik and a lovely stay at Villa Bruna. It would have been nice to have a few more days just to enjoy the beautifully updated and well-maintained old stone house. Pero was very helpful before arrival with the reservation and arranging transportation from the airport and then upon our departure to our next destination 2 ½ hours north to Brela. Pero responded quickly to messages via email or WhatsApp. He helped arrange anything and everything we needed. We were met by Rafaela upon arrival at Villa Bruna. Rafaela gave us a tour of the house and explained the amenities. The house was very clean and cooled nicely by the AC units in all the rooms. The kitchen had fresh fruit, beverages in the fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen. They even provided Rozulin, a rose liqueur made by their father -we all loved it! All the bathrooms were fully stocked like you would find in a hotel, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. We loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. The small neighborhood grocery story is a 3-minute walk and has everything you need -even lactose-free milk!! Rafael found my gold necklace that I didn't even know I left behind. She was extremely kind to mail it to my next destination in Slovenia. Just amazing hospitality! We also loved the 10–12-minute walk to the old town -even with all the steps! We would all return to Villa Bruna in a heartbeat!

Fantastic stay
We absolutely loved this villa. It was a great location very walkable to the walled city of Dubrovnik. Very nice pool and outdoor living. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

Just brilliant!
Wonderful property, fantastic hosts, very warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them both before we arrived and during our stay. Pero and Rafaela were a joy to have as hosts, extremely friendly from beginning to end. The villa's pool is an oasis in the midst of a city. The villa itself is extremely well equipped and laid out. Beds a dream, we all slept like logs. Location perfect for easy access to the old town, grocery shops, and a prosecco bar with great view of the sea almost next door. We had the time of our lives and enjoyed a perfect combination of relaxing around the pool and taking advantage of the activities on offer in the fantastic town of Dubrovnik. We can't recommend the villa highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you Pero and Rafaela for providing us with a perfect place to relax and unwind from some otherwise busy lives! You have a gem there, we absolutely LOVED Villa Bruna!

Great house, responsive hosts
We stayed in the house for 18 days with our family. We had 11 of us, including 5 kids. First, the house was perfect for 3 families that included kids. The best part of the house is the back yard ( great for dinners, swimming, and evenings). Second was location. Close to town ( 10 min walk) but away from the crowds. What made the house even a better choice was the hosts. They were responsive to small needs and very supportive in giving us ideas for dining, day trips, beaches, and much more. Could not give a stronger review.

Incredible city with a beautiful place to stay
The lemons (or limes) were literally falling off of the trees next to the pool, at villa Bruna where my friends and I stayed for 4 days and three nights. Rafaelle and Pero fixed transportation from and to the airport, made sure we were comfortabel (already had some beers in the fridge) and sent us off on our ways to the bars, clubs, old city nearby and the incredible nature around the Dubrovnik lagunes.
Had an absolutely amazing stay and during the weekend it was many times discussed if we would rebook for next year. That says it all for a company that only goes somewhere once!

Beautiful city, beautiful villa
We recently enjoyed a week long stay in the villa Bruna as a group of 8 family and friends. The villa itself had plenty of room with 6 double bedrooms across 3 areas of the villa. The villa, outdoor sitting and eating area, barbecue and pool were all beautifully set up. The villa itself is above the town with easy walks down to both the old and new towns. Pero was very kind and helpful throughout our visit.
We had a great holiday and would certainly recommend both Pero and his wonderful villa

Everything you could need
I stayed here for my 40th birthday with a group of friends and it was the perfect place for us all to get together and relax for the week.
Great facilities with the large outdoor space, the pool, pool bar and BBQ area and plenty of space for dining and relaxing outdoors.
Lots of space for hire cars and with the gate and walls all around it was very private and secluded despite being just a walk into the old town.
Its a great location with the airport a short drive away, shops and the ferry terminal in walking distance as well as the old town.
Perfect villa in a beautiful part of the world to visit.

A True Gem
An incredible historical gem with all modern amenities within a short walking distance from the old city. The owners are incredibly gracious and accommodating. They helped us secure the best day trips and provided valuable information about the city and surrounding areas. Easily the best accommodation in this area. Would definitely come again.

A wonderful family holiday in a gem of a property.
Villa Bruma offers everything and more that you need for a memorable stay in Dubrovnik.
Our family of eight adults was easily accommodated both in the sensitively renovated property (with two bedrooms to spare), and outside by the swimming pool and BBQ/dining area.
As a substantial stone building the house remained cool even in the heat of the afternoon but air conditioning was available if needed.
All the guys in our party fought over who was going to ‘be on the coals’ in the BBQ area, it really is the best set up and equipped outdoor cooking facility we have come across on our travels.
Pedro’s sister Rafael was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had a couple of questions, and also arranged our transfers to and from the airport.
All this and a 10 minute walk into the old town. We will definitively return in the future.

It is best to walk to the Old Town. Other ways are Taxis, Uber and public transportation.
