Great location and very helpful owner
We stayed for just one night unfortunately, would have loved to stay longer but were due to sail the Croatian coastline for a week.
The location of this apartment is very nicely located within the castle walls and has a very nice restaurant below which was very handy as we arrived early evening. Milo was very helpful and picked us up from the airport (cost involved) but it really helped rather than getting a taxi and locating the apartment etc. He helped us to the apartment and carrying baggage up the few flight of stairs.
The apartment has been restored and had a real character. There is a bit of noise which floats up from the restaurant and the church bells in the morning but I think this would be the case in most parts of the old town. It is such a lovely place you will want to go exploring early in the morning especially Saturday to the markets etc. Milo also offered to pick us up after our cruise and take us again to the airport which was very much appreciated. He is very friendly and helpful and I'm sure would help out with any query where possible.

Perfect apartment in perfect location
We were collected from the airport by Milo who is extremely knowledgable about surroundings and history. He was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, and perfect in every way. It's location means everything you could possibly want is on your doorstep. Would visit again.

AMAZING APARTMENT / GREAT LOCATION / OWNERS LOVELY
We stayed here last week and what a lovely surprise in terms of facilities, space and location.
Milo looked after us from start to finish, picked us up from the bus station and gave us plenty of information about the apartment, surrounding areas and places to see. He even went as far as booking an islands and cave tour for us and took us to the port.
I can not recommend this place enough!!!! Thank you Milo for making our stay in Split even more perfect.

In the heart of Split, perfection!
Place has an amazing location and has been fully renovated. The unit was extremely clean and equipped. The landlord could not be more helpful and caring. Anything we would of needed he would be there. Can't say enough about how great this place is. Stop looking and just book!

Accueil remarquable et une localisation au top!
L'appartement est très pratique, avec tout le confort : cuisine équipée, salle de bain avec douche et lave-linge etc. Sa situation géographique offre un bon compromis pour faire des ballades au Parc de Marjan, à seulement quelques minutes à pieds et dans la ville de Slipt. Donc loin de l'animation du centre mais tout est à proximité !
De plus, Milo nous a accueilli chaleureusement en venant nous chercher à la station de bus de Slipt et nous donnant plein d'informations pour passer un agréable séjour !

perfect location and beautiful apartment
We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and were absolutly satisfied. The welcome by our host was kind and so helpful; we could ask any question and for help throughout the stay. The renovated Apartment is located in the center of the palace and the atmosphere is fantastic. The view through the different windows or Balkonies were beautiful. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

Excellent accommodation & host
We found our apartment very clean and well equipped with lots of extras. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Milo was extremely helpful and provided useful advise on the attractions and restaurants in the area.
The accommodation is great value for money and if we ever return to Split we will definitely stay here again.

Both apartment and location perfect
My husband and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at this lovely spotlessly clean apartment, and I really don’t think we could have made a better choice. The location was wonderful situated within the Diocletian Palace, steeped in history, with many little streets and alleyways to explore, also within very easy reach of bus services, ferry terminals, also plenty of boat trips available nearby to explore the Islands. Marjan forest is also nearby and is well worth a visit, great for walking, wonderful vistas, and a pleasant refreshment stop was welcome after a bit of a climb. Milo our host could not have been any more helpful, it was reassuring that he was at the end of the phone to advise us, and help book trips for us, and halfway through our stay he delivered a lovely dessert for us which his wife had made, such a nice gesture. He also provided airport transfers which was helpful.

Fabulous apartment and awesome host !
Diocletian Pearl apartment was very comfortable, clean, fully appointed and in the most amazing location.
Milo was an awesome host, a fountain of knowledge and could not have done more to ensure our stay was perfect. An absolute gentleman !
I thoroughly recommend this apartment to everyone and would love to come back again.

Stunning apartment and charming host
A spacious and contemporary apartment in the center of the old town, near the palace. Beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean and a lovely welcome pack of juice / coffee / water etc. A plethora of restaurants and bars as soon as you exit the ground floor. This is a busy location, but exactly what you’d expect if booking in this area. It’s noisy late into the night / early morning, and then again from about 6am, so expect your sleep to be disturbed unless you are a sound sleeper or part of the partying! The interior was bright and the balcony and large windows let light and fresh air in. Everything was on the doorstep including many historical attractions and Milo offered great advice / ideas as well as being a real gentleman. Highly recommended for a city break, and a great apartment !
