It also has one comfortable sofa bed sleeping one person, fridge with small freezer, kettle, smart LED TV with cable channels and small working table with chair. Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. All equipment in the room - air conditioning, iron, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge. This room is only available for the visitors who recognize it as the best deal to boost their pleasure of visiting Split. Pets are not allowed, sorry. We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don’t make noise to other people. For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel. Also please don’t forget to enjoy your stay here! Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible. **** Guest access: You will have the exclusive access to the room. There are no shared area in the house As room is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided. Paid street parking is 1 min from the house (free from Saturdays 14:00 to Monday 6:30) and paid private parking is 150m away. **** The Neighbourhood: This room is located at the ideal location in the center of Split, just one minute walking to the Diocletians palace and three minutes walking to the Split seafront. Neighborhood is residential so there’s no excessive noise. The city part where the room is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking. Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 12 minutes walking. **** Getting around: Bus station is within one minute walking. Grocery store is 1 min walking. Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking. **** Interaction with guests: If you need anything I’m here to help. Otherwise you’ll have your peace in the hotel. I love helping guests feel like at home, so feel welcome to ask me about anything! **** Other things to note: ***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests: UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 15 min walking from the apartment! Stay from 10th to 10th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less . You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates. Everything needed will be provided on spot – clean linen, towels, internet password etc.
