Situated on the first floor of timeless historical building in the very heart of the city, it is only steps from Diocletian's palace and seafront promenade.
The vacation rental overlooks a Venetian Tower, with access through two portals directly onto sea-frontage „Riva“ (seafront promenade) with its restaurant, cafes and bars.
The windows of Stone Pearl are the mirors to the soul of old town Split, watching through them you can breath in the history.

Fantastic
Many apartments have ‘excellent’ reviews, usually they are pretty good. So how should I rate a place that is clearly superior to those? The Stone Pearl Apartment has literally hundreds of excellent decorating and comfort features. Everything from the flooring to the furniture to the curtains, shower, bedding, was new and top quality. Natalia and Robert were great hosts and the location cannot be beat. I could go in to a lot of detail but instead I suggest you to try it on your own. Then write to me and thank me.

Perfect stay in Split
Fabulous apartment in the old town!
Stone Pearl exceeded our expectations. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Everything has been thought of. A meticulous renovation has been done with comfort and style a priority. The windows look out onto ‘Fruit Square’ a great place for people-watching! The central location makes it easy to walk to all of the main attractions on offer in the old city. Split Riva, Diocletian's Palace, the beach and many restaurants are right at the doorstep. But the best thing about the apartment is the hosts who went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. They provided us with fresh supplies and met us at the bus station. They gave us great tips about the city and made good recommendations. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this wonderful apartment. It was the best one we stayed in on our holiday. We can't wait to return!
