Our home is centrally situated within the heart of the Historic District. You'll be only ~two blocks from Academy Gate Three, City Dock, St John's College, Main Street food, PACA House weddings and the Maryland state Capital. This is a Federal style, 1870's three-story row home which was partially upgraded in 2017 and included gutting the kitchen and finishing the English basement bedroom. Enjoy a screened porch overlooking an eight foot tall brick walled private garden. There is plenty of shared space throughout the home and it has lots of private areas to just get away. There are three full baths; two showers and the master has a claw foot soaking tub. The English Basement bedroom has three entrances a rear door leading across the neighboring property at 210 Prince George Street via a 24x7 deeded access directly through an ornate gate to Prince George Street.
