House Rental
This is a private house on Street Negustori Nr 29 right in the center of Bucharest 12 min from Old Town,University and museums. The house was build in 1920 and renovated in 2019. House have 6 rooms and as you going to see from the pictures. It is a simple house that I tried to keep the original look. All rooms are private rooms. The room from the attic have a private bathroom and a private kitchenette inside the room. The other rooms will share 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and a main kitchen . At my property you will find 1 washing machines and a dryer that will be shared by everyone in the house and . 2 rooms have access to the main balcony straight from the room (Rooms 4 and 5) .
