1A APP is short-term apartment accommodation. Our main focus is on nice and perfectly located apartment in of Zagreb.
APP is on the 5th floor of a new building. Excelent location for turist looking to explore the city.
The apartment is compleately new and it has 52 m2 accommodates up to 6 people and consists of a living room equipped with a TV with SKYPE, internet Wi Fi (free), DVD and mini stereo system, Air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped (stove, dishwasher, water cooker, microwave and fridge with freez), one bedroom with a king size bed, and one bedroom with twin bed, bathroom.

Modern apartment close to main railway station
Following Mihael's suggestion, we took a taxi to the apartment which is probably the easiest way to find it. Despite only a 15 minute walk from the railway station, it is easier once Mihael explains the route. Mihael met us on site and was thorough in explaining the apartment facilities, the local sites, cafes, and must-sees of Zagreb. The apartment was on the 5th floor, with an elevator, in a new building where attention to detail is evident. The furnishings are tasteful, the bed comfortable, the shower fantastic, the kitchen well-equipped, and the over-all feeling spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a view over a courtyard and out to buildings and the far mountains. The excellent local lamb cafe was a few minutes walk away, the historic centre of Zagreb 30 minutes walk. I would stay here again and recommend it for the easy access to the main railway station.

A+ Apartment
The owner is very flexible with us in terms of reservation and payment. He is also super helpful. We arrived on the day Zagreb had traffic control, so the owner met us at the highway entry and led us to the apartment on his motorcycle. We really appreciate that.
The apartment is brand new, secure, well furnished and fully equipped, with top-of-the-line appliances.
The location is right across the National Library in a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for people having business in that area. It is 10-15 minutes' walk to the train station and city center, easy for sightseeing as well.
It is a wonderful apartment with good value for staying in Zagreb. We highly recommend it.

Gorgeous!!!
We had 2 gorgeous days in this app. This comfortable, new and tidy app is very closed to the station (10min by feet) and easy to reach from the highway. The view over the roofs of Zagreb is great. In this app you don t miss anything! The kitchen is full equipped with everything what you need for an extensive dinner, the bathroom is nice, clean and with a washing machine. On the sofa in front of the TV you can relax from the city. And there is enough space for max 4 persons. Your car will be safe in the parking garage which is included.
What could we say more about...oh...the owner..he s a friendly, very obliging and uncomplicated. Thank you very much, Mihael! The next time we will be there, too!

Review on staying
I have been to Zagreb for new year's eve.
Everything about the apartment were great.
Position is convenient since the city center is near and all activities related on walk distance.
The apartment is brand new with all comforts included that ease very much everyday life.
There is also parking available in the basement which i consider to be a heavy asset.
The owner is very friendly and reliable.
Comparing the price per day to the amenities and general obstacles i find it quite reasonable for the provided services.

APP is ten minutes far from the main station,and just 15 minutes a walk from Zagreb historical part
Bus station is front of the APP and tram station is three minutes walk.
Near APP is National and University Library, Court, river Sava, Park Bundek, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Zagreb trade fair is just (Zagreb's Velesajam) 800 m away.
