The Old City is the historic center of the city of Montevideo, El Bajo is an area within the Old City where a conglomerate of contemporary cultural and artistic expressions is being developed, with activities throughout the year. In the Old City you can appreciate a fairly conserved eclectic architecture comparing it with other Latin American cities, since the government has made important efforts for its care and conservation. Most of the tourist attractions of interest, art and culture are located in the neighborhood or in the Center which is the neighboring neighborhood, so that guests can enjoy this closeness, traveling on foot or by bicycle (there is a rental of public bicycles in the Old City), with minimum travel times.

Public transport: BUSES: there are public transport lines to all points of the city, a few meters from the entrance of the building. Common and differential services, even in the corner of the building there is a bus stop. About 6 blocks away is the suburban bus terminal to move to nearby spas and even the airport. TAXI: you can call 141 and get a taxi, usually in 3 minutes at the door of the building. UBER: the UberX service is operational in the city of Montevideo.
