I have booked in trip advisor over the years and I have never had such an awful experience
The apartment had an elevator and when it opened you were inside the apartment all other apartments in the building had a door in between with a key to open
There is a guard from 7 to 1 pm after that there is no security in the building he was very friendly he told us to please take all our valuables with us because they have been robbing the apartments and to be very careful
Having said that I was quite stressed I had my little boy and my mom with me
Besides the security I opened the shower and it was clogged the microwave didn’t work the pots were dirty the drawers in the closet had a bad smell the apartment had q washer and dryer but the owner said not to use the dryer because consumes too much electricity lol
The main reason for me was safety so I asked him for my money back for the remaining of the days
I paid for 21 and I stayed there 7 he refused
So I left and stayed in the hotel for the remaining of the days I lost my money
