Our apartment is on the ground floor of a four story building. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood on a hill in Quito. We have a large backyard featuring an outside deck with a barbeque. Our home is family and dog-friendly, provides parking and 24 hr security guard. The apartment has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms .The living area is 2600 sq feet and has 4300 sq feet of grass backyard . We have three beautiful rabbits running around in the backyard which in many occasions have become the visit highlight of many families with kids.The main bedroom has a king size bed and an additional sofa bed in its lounge area. The 'kids' room has two bunk beds; and, the 'guest room' has a full size bed and a high-rise bed. We spend much of our time in the US so our dear property manager Rocio, who lives in Quito, will be welcoming you and making sure you have a comfortable stay. About the neighbourhood
Sleep soundly and safely ! The apartment is located in the city of Quito on the eastern mountain side. The area is mainly residential and is called Bellavista. Its is close to Atahualpa Stadium, mayor shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Since the apartment is on a hill , walking is not something people would normally choose to do. Public transportation is not very frequent ,maybe every hour. We encourage you to call a taxi company and request a taxi to be sent to pick you up. Taxi fairs are very inexpensive. Also, we have a few taxi drivers that could be hired by the hour. We have parking for two cars in the event you have your own vehicles.
Getting around
The best way to get around in Quito is to have a taxi driver that you can trust . Taxis are very inexpensive and safer than the alternatives . We are happy to provide assistance with transportation arrangements with our trusted drivers .
