A one-bedroom fully furnished condo unit located inside a Resort, the bedroom as well as the living room have Air-condition with a ceiling fan, it has a private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a Balcony overseeing an 18-Hole Golf course, the beach and the nearby Luxury Hotel.
Condominium complex have 2 swimming pools and a nearby private white sand beach and a walking distance 5 star hotel with good restaurants and coffee shops and Night life entertainments.
There is a free shuttle service to take you to the nearest mall and the other white sand beach stations.
The unit have Electric scooter that can be used to roam around Newcoast beach complex and Boracay for our guest for a fee.
Public transport is available after being dropped off by the free shuttle service to the gates.

Love the place and very responsive host
Will definitely recommend your place to my friends. I love how the room is so clean, the place is so peaceful, the caretaker was very friendly, very responsive also to all our needs and the place has everything we need! We were in awe when we arrived! The pool and the private beach is a plus.
We enjoyed staying at your place❤️ Not just a 5 star rating but a 10 star for us. Definitely a super HOST! Also, thank you so much for being so responsive and for helping me and my friend on their unit.
You really took time to contact the owner of their rented place and guided us all the info from kalibo to port going to boracay.

About the neighbourhood
The Unit is located in a condominium complex build inside a Resort. There is a nearby (5-minute walk) hotel where you can dine-in and have some fun as well. It has a gym and a Restaurant where Oceanway Residences guest can avail of discounts.
There is a 15 minute walk to a nearby 18-hole Golf course, and some other fun-activities like horse back riding, go-karting, zip lining or just lying around at the private white sand beach.
The complex is a perfect way to relax and enjoy a blissful night after getting tired of experiencing all the fun-activities around Boracay (like island hopping, snorkeling, paraw sailing and so much more.
Getting around
The Complex provides a free shuttle service to all the guests which runs every 15 minutes, from Complex to the white sand beach, supermarket and cinema (CityMall Boracay) and the nearby hotels.
The unit ha e Electric scooter to be used exclusive to Gerbi's guests (for a fee) to roam around Boracay.
There a tricycle ride available outside the complex for public use, if you want to get around on your own.

How to get there
From Caticlan Airport, take a tricycle ride to Caticlan Jetty port (which is a 5-minute drive from Airport) and pay the boat fare and Environmental fees at the port station. After crossing the sea by boatride from Caticlan Jetty port, disembark at Cagban Jetty port. Take a tricycle ride (fare is 200 - 300 Pesos for te whole group hiring the tricycle and not per person fare) and instruct the driver to go to Oceanway Residences Cluster D located at Newcoast which opposite Ecovillage. The guard will ask for the driver’s ID to let you thru the complex and drop you off in-front of Cluster D, which is the building closest to the Beach.
