Interaction with guests: Once a booking is made, the preferred method is communication by WhatsApp or text/call. Please note that there is no 24 hour desk, it is a residential Apartment, so will need clear communication regarding estimated time of arrival. A government issued ID will be required along with payment in the lobby, after which, my co host will give you the code for the door.
