My house since 2015, almost new, location alley of the foreigner street crowdest in Nha Trang city, from alley come to my house just only 30 seconds, around many restaurant and barclub, cafe. 4 minutes to beach and sailling club, 1 minute to white not bar and some famous palce and relax. Very quiet.

My area is expat street famous of Nha Trang city, many good restaurants with italy, mexico, portuga, french,..and many coffee shop, drinks to go,mini mart, shop and go, bar club with White Not Bar, Sailling Club, Lousiana Brew-House Beer , all just 50-200 meters by walk. Airport 32 minutes, Cham tower 15 minutes, Large market 10 minutes by taxi, train station, pagoda, church only 10 minutes by taxi, super market 2 kms.

Yes, on the front of my retal have bus stop to airport and bus stop to visit tourism place.
