VILLA EN EXCLUSIVITE. dans ce havre de paix, à proximité de Marrakech, détendez-vous dans votre magnifique piscine privée, profitez du magnifique parc d'un hectare, arboré et fleuri, à l'ombre des oliviers.. .Situé à 17 kilomètres de la ville de Marrakech et 9 kilomètres des golfs, sur un terrain de 1 hectare arboré avec une soixantaine d'oliviers et une quarantaine d'arbres fruitiers (orangers, citronniers, abricotiers, pêchers, pruniers, figuiers, pamplemousse, grenade...), G rande piscine à débordement 18 mètres X 5 mètres . La villa e est composée au rez de chaussée d'une entrée avec mur d'eau, un salon avec cheminée et T.V., une cuisine entièrement équipée, 3 chambres doubles et une suite (1 lit double + 2 lits simples).A l'étage, une chambre double et suite (1 lit double + 2 lits simples). Toutes les chambres ont une salles de bains, dressing, terrasses privatives vue Atlas, T.V. , Coffre fort dans les dressings. Lit enfant à disposition TOTAL : 16 personnes et possibilité lits supplémentaires sur demande.

Great place but ignorant and rude owners who ruin your stay!
I would like to be totally honest with this villa, and hands down I can say we all agreed it is a lovely place and we made it into a great trip ignoring the rude owners but if it was run by better people it would be a wonderful place. There was a total of 13 of us and we had stayed for 3 nights. Spacious, comfortable and a lovely pool. I enquired if the villa was totally ours, which in the email ‘Beatrice’ the owner said there will be a cook and cleaner which was fine. Throughout our stay the owners would walk in whilst we were half naked or interrupt us whatever we were doing which I thought was quite rude after they had agreed they would give us privacy. There was also random kids and people walking across the garden, which we thought was quite strange and worrying. The cook and cleaner were great, they were so helpful and kind. Anything we asked at anytime they would get done right away making our stay pleasant. Outside and inside the villa there are endless amount of ants(as seen in photos), all the bedrooms, toilets and pool area would always have ants crawling up your leg or in your shoes. I did mention this to the owner and she gave me a bottle of spray, which she should have sprayed down herself! If you are annoyed by flies then this place isn’t for you either, I told the owners husband what we do about the flies as they were everywhere, he responded that I needed a shower implying that I smelt!! Three of our friends came round to spend a few hours with us at the villa, who were staying in an apartment in the center, whilst we were relaxing the owners husband came storming in and said we were not allowed visitors, he asked for their passports, and starting moaning about the television set being on and a few lights. I thought I had booked a villa that was ours for the 3 nights of stay, but clearly not, as the owners were trying to intimidate us!! Later the owner and husband came and tried to charge each of the visitors 250 dirhams which was shocking! They were only there for around 2/3 hours!! The villa sleeps 16, there were 13 of us so a total of 16 with visitors, we had payed the full money for the villa so it is not like were taking liberties by inviting allot of people and throwing a party! They also set up a taxi for us, and I found it to be a bit of a rip off, the owners said we will not be able to use any other cab as they wont find the place, this was getting a bit silly now, clearly she just wanted us to use her drivers so she makes the extra money!! It did rain quite heavily one evening for around an hour, and the whole villa was soaked(see photos), the water was coming through the doors and walls, making it a bit dangerous as the floor was very slippery! Also states the place has wi-fi this does not work, I asked to get it fixed nothing happened, and then the router was totally removed. Located 25mins to the city center, anywhere u do want to go I hope you have allot of money because the villa taxi’s they organise aren’t cheap! There is a safe in most of the rooms but some are not attached to the walls, so anyone could just come and take the safe! I hope I haven’t sounded like I am just complaining but I want to get our stay across to future customers who are interested in this place and grasp what we had to go through. Ignorant and controlling owners but a lovely place. I would love to go Marrakech again but I would certainly avoid this villa!

if you are 13 boys uneducated, you are not welcome . If you want to receive guest girls you are not welcome. I you are used to drink to much and to fight during the night you are not welcome. Because This house is beautifull we do not accept any garbadge All over, inside and around the swimming pool in order to avoid flies and ante.. it is not because you pay you have All the rights because This is a lovey house and a quiet place... Everybody else is welcome !
