Condo/Apartment -
2 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms , Sleeps 5
Washington DC, District of Columbia
The 1910 row house was completely renovated in 2015. On Airbnb, the property has received 25+ five-star reviews and we, the hosts, have been selected as 'Super Hosts.' The renovation and design in a neighborhood that is swiftly becoming DC's 'it' neighborhood, was chronicled in the Washington Post Sunday Home & Design Issue in April, 2015.

Guest access is through a keyless entry through the row house's private basement flat.

The basement flat can house up to five people on up to four beds:
1) Euro-style couch that converts to a king or two twins in the private back bedroom with private full bath (with tub).
2) Euro-style couch that converts to a twin+ in the kitchen/living area.
3) Queen bed in the front bedroom (this room has a very small window) with a full, private full bath (with t...

Interaction with guests
We are very easy to interact with. We live upstairs on the second and third floors of the house. We are often home, though seldom run into our guests who are out looking at sites or at conferences and business meetings. We have two large dogs and do our best to keep them quiet when guests are in the flat. For our guests, we create a seamless arrival by providing a keycode entry to the flat. The keycode makes it easy for individuals to come and go at separate times.
