Town: Monknash is a charming, historic village situated close to the Heritage Coast in the Vale of Glamorgan. The village offers an idyllic location for those wishing to indulge in the stunning local beaches, with options including the beautiful Monknash Beach, and a little further afield, Dunraven Bay, Southerndown, St Donats Beach, Traeth Mawr and Traeth Bach. Monknash houses an award-winning pub, The Plough & Harrow, where guests can enjoy a hearty meal and a glass of their favorite beverage, and is also close to Wick, where you will find a convenience store and a greater selection of pubs and eateries. There is so much to be explored in the local area, beginning with a fantastic amount of castles and museums, ideal for history lovers.
