This spacious 50 m2 1-bedroom apartment has a separate bathroom, WC and kitchen. Our apartment is ideal place for up to 4 adults maximal with 1 under 3 years old baby who appreciate to have enough space and comfortable furniture. In addition to our location in downtown you will have a quick and easy access to all the major sightseeings in Tallinn.

You can get the keys for apartment any time from our keybox. Should you arrive at night you can check-in very easy and convinient. In addition your check-out is therefore very flexible.
If you should need extra cleanings or extra blankits by longer stay you can order it any time additionaly for charge.
Very good location. Apartment has everything needed.
Good location in the centre of the city. Apartment has all the amenities. Everything needed in the kitchen including kitchenware, coffee, tea etc. Everything is clean and tidy. Recommend.

About the neighbourhood
This property is located in the historical area named Kompasna. It was destroyed during the second word and rebuilt in sowiet time for communist party elite. If you would like to see the apartment built for the soviet elite early eighties our apartemt is a good example.
Main city shopping centres Viru Keskus, Kaubamaja and Stockmann are 300 m away, as well as various restaurants.
Getting around
At tram station 'PABERI' you can get with lines 2 and 4 direct to Airport, International bus terminal and main railway station. Main Tallinn city bus terminal is located at Viru Keskus 300 m away from the apartment.

How to get there
Tallinn airport is less than 3 km away, passenger harbour and central bus terminal are reachable on walking distance. Main railway station is also walking distance throgh the old town. The easist way is taxi anyway, but if you should decide for tram then you can use the station 'PABERI'. If you arrive with car, I can help you to find a suitable parking place.
