Located on the 1st floor of a heritage building at the quiet end of the main walking street of Pecs. Austere interior furnished with all necessities, but nothing more; we provide the frame, you bring your story. Sitting on the window pane of the living room you can view the passersby on Kiraly street, while from the bedroom enjoy the quiet of the inner yard of the house. Welcome! You can drive into the street from Felsomalom utca and turn right; it is a one-way street with limited space for parking with parking fee. We offer free of charge open air but guarded parking space for 1 car in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There is a doorphone on the left side of the main gate with a gate opening possibility from the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the main building.
