Completely newly renovated!
The small, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric kettle, and an electric ring cooker. All the amenities you will need for short stay, hairdryer + free WIFI, TV, DVD.
The apartment is absolutely separate, with its own entrance.
Romantic view of the streets of the old town. We have one more apartment on the first floor, which is absolutely separate, but you can rent both apartments at the same time if you go with friends to visit Prague.

If the departure of the previous guests is on the same day as you arrive, we will not be able to accommodate you until 2. p.m because of the room cleaning.
Departure - please, you have to leave till 10 a.m., when the cleaning lady will come. Please lock the apartment and drop the keys back in the key box, use the same code as for your arrival.

Wonderful apartment, centrally located
While the apartment is very small, it is very well appointed. One double bed. Being in an old building on street level meant that we kept cool even in extremely hot weather (36deg C). Since we prefer cooking our own meals, it was great to have a grocery store across the street. The apartment is centrally located and close to transit. I highly recommend this apartment and its central location is amazing. We walked less than five minutes to the world famous Astronomical Clock.

A good quality budget apartment
Very central, clean and tastefully furnished with everything you could need. Martina is very welcoming and the arrangements were easy.

A perfect little space
If you're going by yourself, or with a partner, to Prague, I greatly recommend this apartment. The room is comfortable and practical, and considering the price and the location, it's quite a bargain. I spent 8 days in Prague and found 7 days worth of fun to have within a 25 minute walk of the apartment.
I also found the owner and the assistants at the adjoined boutique kind and helpful.

Stanza piccola, sporca con il bagno sul pianerottolo
La prima scoperta terribile è stata il bagno al di fuori della stanza, sul pianerottolo..un piccolissimo sgabuzzino dovrei dire, stretto sporco con un cattivo odore. Inoltre dalle foto sembra quasi che sia tutto un appartamento con bagno ma non è assolutamente così, si tratta di un buco diventato bagno e di una stanza, il presunto appartamento. All'interno la "cucina" è praticamente inesistente e inutilizzabile perchè è presente un solo fornello elettrico.
La stanza si trova al piano terra, praticamente sulla strada, rumorosa e dovrei dire priva di privacy..praticamente impossibile dormire per la luce e i rumori delle macchine e delle persone, anche di notte. Avevo pensato fosse tutto qui ma negli ultimi due giorni l'incubo è continuato: ci siamo accorti che non so da quale parte della stanza entravano sempre più formiche, in casa non c'era insetticida nè altro. L'unico lato positivo di questa stanza era la posizione, proprio dietro piazza dell'orologio. Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, tranne se non cercate semplicemente un appoggio e non avete intenzione di dormire.

This assessment is very absurd, the description of the apt. says that this apartment has shared toilets with our boutique and is outside the apartment and that it is suitable for students who want to stay in the absolute center of Prague in historic building. If you did not read the description and chose a cheap option, you can not expect a luxury hotel. The apartment is very clean! This evaluation is the first negative and I am very sorry for this. It's a pity you did not come to our boutique on same floor and did not deal if you had a problem . We are here all day, including weekends.

Beautiful, amazing and cozy apartment with the best location!
I just loved this place, it is 5 minutes walking distance from main square, close to bars as well. Beautiful and modern. Super clean and you have everything to enjoy your stay! Martina is great, I caused her some troubles but she always was there when needed and helped me with any question and always quick responce.
It was my first time in Prague and staying in this magic nice apartment made my vacacion unforgetable. You will fill the atmosphere like you leave there. Thank you Martina for great opportunity to stay at your place :)!!!!

About the neighbourhood
Restaurants of all types are nearby. Just 150 m from the apartment is popular restaurant "Local" which serves “tankové pivo” ( Czech for “tank beer”, you will have to research that) and excellent fairly-priced traditional Czech pub food. Just next door is a very popular and friendly restaurant LAB FOOD.A convenience store and market are right around the corner. Palladium Shopping Mall with 200 shops and a large food court and garage parking is a 5 min. by walk.

How to get there
Transport: Tram, metro, and bus stops are all very close, although most of the guests don´t bother with a transport pass and end up walking everywhere (Prague is really a walking city). The closest tram stop (3 min. walk) is Dlouha trida and the apartment is between two metro stops Namesti Republiky and Staromestka (5 min. walks to either one). TRAVEL from the Prague - Havel airport by taxi: 500 CZK - / max.30 EUR/ travel takes +/- 1 hour to the center. Regular shuttle buses to the center of Prague: Everyday scheduled operation, 30-minute intervals.
Public Transport:
Bus Lines: n.119: Prague Airport - to VELESLAVIN (metro line A) - approx.20 min. Airport express: Prague Havel Airport - Prague Main Train Station (metro line C ) - 35 min
SUBWAY/ METRO: is best to take a metro line C - to FLORENC, from there take a bus n. 194 - itś 4 stops to HASTALSKE NAMESTI.
TRAVEL: From the Main railway station is best to take a metro line C- to FLORENC, from there take a minibus n. 194 - itś 4 stops to HASTALSKE NAMESTI!
