Good location
Rental was good for a couple. Very noisy bar across the street that stays open until 4 am. Located close to great restaurants and close to major shopping.

Location, location, location
Martina's apartment is in the most perfect location for getting around on foot.It has all the essentials and a very comfortable firm bed.and I did not worry about the toilet being across the landing from the front door. The shower is efficient. This is for you if you want to spend time outside. On evenings I stayed in I would have liked a comfortable chair but that is being picky. Martina is very very helpful and quick to reply to queries or calls for assistance.
The little town bus 194 opposite the shop is useful as is the small supermarket across the road. Only 5 minutes walk to the Old Town Square.. Recommended.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, on peut tout voir à pieds. La chambre est confortable, pour le reste, la salle de bains se résume à une douche, la cuisine est minuscule et les toilettes sont sur le palier, mais l'emplacement est le grand plus de cet appartement.

Right in the centre of Prague
This appartment is lovely and right in the centre of Prague. Easy walking distance to everything. The owner is lovely and very helpful. The apartment is small but this is expected in the centre of such a historic city. Everything you need is there for a short stay. However there a couple of major downsides. The WC is not in the apartment it is in the stairwell and needs a key to open and relock it each time. Also (and again not a criticism of the apartment) the area is VERY noisy at night in warmer weather. Directly across the street is a bar/restaurant/club that is open until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. The patrons often drink and smoke out the front and talk loudly. If you plan to be out and about until late this won't bother you but for those less inclined for late night carousing this may not be the best fit.

Thank you for your stay and I apologize for the noise from the outside, but- yes it's a tax for being absolutely at the center of Prague nightlife.

Great location Central Prague
This apartment is a 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. It is perfect for a couple. It is up one flight of stairs. Good wifi. Enjoyed the complimentray beers. The girls in the shop below where you get the key were very helful letting us check out late.
There are a couple of things that are a little unusual, the shower is in the kitchen and the toilet is out in the communal hallway. Neither bothered us and we would definitely book again. There is no air con but we did not find it hot. The only draw back for us was how noisy it was at night with party noise. Ear plugs fix this.

Cozy apartment with perfect location
Very nice renovated, well equipped and clean apartment in old historic building, close to absolutely every attraction in Old Town. The weather during the day was hot, but it felt always cool inside even though there is no air conditioner. The fact that the toilet is outside the apartment didn't feel crucial for us. It's in one step distance from the door and for our use only.
There are a couple of bars on the same street and Friday and Saturday nights were a bit noisy. We have found ear plugs on the shelf above the bed which solved the issue completely.
The workers of the fashion boutique downstairs were very kind and helped us a few times to solve some logistic issues.

Fantastic Location
My girlfriend and I stayed above Navarila in Old Town last week and loved the time we spent there. The apartment perfectly matches the description; its within a 5 minute walk of Old Town square, there's a small shop opposite the apartment where you can get basics like bread, milk, cheese etc, theres a load of cafés and restaurants nearby (I would recommend getting breakfast from Bakeshop just around the corner). The number one reason to stay here is the location, it couldn't be any better for the price, which was another huge plus. The staff at Narvarila were also very helpful and helped us arrange taxi's etc.
As for the apartment itself: The bedroom is reasonably spacious, has a good high ceiling and the bed is quite comfy. The windows are single glazed, so at night and in the morning it can be a little noisy but we got used to that after the first night. Having WiFi was really handy as we were planning our trip day by day.
The layout in the kitchen is pretty strange. The shower is literally facing the cooking area, if you step out of the shower, you're in front of the sink and hotplates - this didn't really bother us though. The only two annoyances I could pick out is that the toilet is across the hallway from the apartment, its not that big a deal to go out to it but you do have to unlock and lock the toilet room every time you go. The kitchen is in a bit of an alcove, so if you're washing up you have to bend over which isn't very comfortable and theres not really any space for preparing food/cooking but we only tried this once and ate out every other night.
All in all this place is definitely worth it, its an amazing price considering the location and being so close to all the main areas was great.

Great place, great location
You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square, but on a mostly residential street. There's a bar across the street, but it's only going late Friday and Saturday nights, so much quieter than other parts of Old Town.
The service there was great- Martina gave great directions to get there, and her employee took care of reserving a taxi when I had to leave for the airport in the middle of the night.
The only negative was that the other apartments in the building were under construction. So there was a good deal of noise starting around 8am. But this should be over soon, and you'll be left with a great place.

Excelente ubicación, en el corazón de la Ciudad vieja, a pasos de todo lo que hay de imperdible en Praga.
Hermoso departamento, sumamente equipado.
Lo que no está muy bien es el acceso por los espacios comunes y el hecho que son dos pisos por escalera... de un edificio antiguo.Todo lo demás excelente.

Pequeño pero acogedor y céntrico... Un acierto para parejas.
El pasado agosto pasamos una estancia estupenda en Praga. No era fácil reservar hotel debido a la fecha del viaje y a que, cuando nos decidimos, ya quedaban pocas opciones de encontrar algo apropiado. Entonces decidimos buscar un apartamento y fue todo un acierto encontrar el de Martina. Al fin y al cabo, íbamos a disfrutar todo lo que pudiésemos de la ciudad, así que, aunque el apartamento es pequeño, tenía lo que necesitábamos; una ubicación excelente, desde la que llegar a pie a todos los enclaves importantes, limpieza, buen gusto y las facilidades que su propietaria, Martina, te proporciona.

About the neighbourhood
Restaurants of all types are nearby. A convenience store and market are right around the corner. Palladium Shopping Mall with 200 shops, parking, and a large food court is a 3 min. Transport: Tram, metro and bus stops are all very close, although most guests do not need a transport pass and end up walking everywhere (Prague is really a walking city). The closest tram stop (3 min. walk) is Dlouha street and between two metro stops Namesti Republiky and Staromestka (5 min. to either one). The bus n. 194 stops right in front of the house!! From the Main railway station is best to take a metro line C- to FLORENC, from there take a minibus n.194 - just 4 stops to HASTALSKE NAMESTI.
Getting around
In the vicinity you will find plenty of bars and good restaurants, you can walk everywhere, all attractions are nearby. Just next corner is luxury Restaurant- Boheme La Degustation -an award-winning restaurant with Michelin star! Only 30 m -restaurant SPECIAL /favorite BEER RESTAURANT/restaurant.
Just 150 m- Convent of St Agnes of Bohemia-National Gallery.
THE OLD TIME SQUARE WITH LARGE CLOKS ON THE TOWER is only 250 m from the apartment.

Travel from the Prague - Havel airport by taxi -max.30 EUR, takes +/- 1 hour to the center.

Regular shuttle buses to the center of Prague: Everyday scheduled operation, 30-minute intervals. Free of charge for children aged up to 6 with adult accompaniment.

Metro station "Staromestska" (line A) – approximately 10 minutes walk
Metro station "Namestí Republiky" metro (line B) – approximately 5 minutes walk
Tram no. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 14, 10, 11, or 12 to station "Dlouhá třída" – approximately 3 minutes walk
Tram no. 17 or 18 to station "Staroměstská" – approximately 10 minutes’ walk

The midibus 194 runs through the center, you can get on the Florenc-Central bus station /metro line C/ or Malostranska-metro line A.
You will go straight ahead in front of the apartment, the
stop Hastalske namesti/Square.
