I will say the lanai & the view are beautiful! The location of the villa was great for us because it was cental for rafting, snorkeling, the beach & just checking out the area. I gave the villa a 3 star because we ran into some "inconveniences". Mark (the owner) does mention in his ad that electricity is not dependable but little did we know that when it goes out, it is not for short periods. Three times it went out in a week.17 hours, 4 hours & 7 hours. It never mentions that no electricity also means no running water & no flushing toilets. Make sure you have plenty of water stored & maybe a flashlight or lantern might be a good idea.The villa was also missing common items that I mentioned to Mark.This villa has potential to be a 5 star but needs a generator to make it that.

I loved staying here. The surrounding nature is second to none. At first I started off staying just 3 days, then 4, then 5 and the next thing I knew it was a week later than I originally planned and didn't want to leave. I did not go fishing but if you do love to fish, this area is one of the best in the world! If you don't fish, don't worry. There is still plenty to be enjoyed here. Every evening had views like a National Geographic magazine cover. The local community is also very lovely. If you want to, you can explore through the mountains to see the cute towns. Everyone around is super friendly. I felt at home quicker here than I have in any place in my life. The house itself is also very beautiful. Construction is very well done and the balcony is fantastic. I recommend coming here to anyone who loves nature and a beautiful place to explore and getaway. In conclusion, would I go back again? In a heartbeat!

Spectacular! This home is a little slice of heaven hidden away in a secluded area of Panama. The view from the expansive covered patio at the lodge is gorgeous. The weather during January was perfect with highs in the mid 90’s and lows in the mid 80’s. The house was ideal with three private suites downstairs and a fully stocked kitchen, living room and porch (with amazing views as well) upstairs. The meals at the lodge were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The fishing was phenomenal with an incredible variety of fish and the rate of hookups ridiculous (and this was with the moon and the tide against us). If you are looking to go fishing with friends, a secluded get away from reality or a family adventure to go Eco-touring this place is perfect!

The house is awesome! Nice pool and the view for the deck is unreal. People were very nice and the food was great. The fishing is world class inshore and offshore

The house was great, brand new and the sunsets from the deck are not to be believed. A true getaway-from-it-all spot (but with WiFi). Perfect base for fishing or exploring.
