Holiday Rental House
A beautiful villa built on three levels, connected internally and externally with a small staircase. The middle level has an open plan living-room fitted with a fireplace, a slightly raised dining area with a big dining table, chairs and sofas, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and another with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. On this level, there is an independent veranda, that looks out to the sea and the city, on one side and a very large terrace with a barbecue, a traditional wood fire oven, a large corner sofa, 4 large marble tables that can seat over 20 people, on the other side of the building. The guests can enjoy the view to the town, the sea and the mountain from here. I will welcome the guests during the first day, in order to hand them the keys of the house and to give further clarifications or explanations (if needed) about its amenities. After that, I will be reachable by phone or e-mail throughout their stay. A handyman or one of the owners will be available in case of emergency. On the last day of the guests' stay I will meet with them for the checkout.

About the neighbourhood
Andros is the only island in the Cyclades that is famous for its spring waters and lush vegetation. It has beautiful pristine beaches and provides many opportunities for those seeking an alternative take on tourism. The house is located on the hill above the beautiful beach of Chora (Neiborio) and the picturesque harbor. The views from all parts of the house are unlimited, opening to the Chora, the harbor, the beach, and the mountain (side and back of the house). The house is secluded, quiet, and very close to the city center (5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes' walk from a picturesque traditional kalderimi (path)). Chora has four museums, a cinema, many super markets, numerous coffee shops and bars, restaurants, taverns, souvenir shops etc. The visitor can find that they need easily. It is b...
Getting around
Transport to the island is by ferry from Rafina. The island is too large to get around on foot, e.g. the port town is 30km away from Chora and the house. There is a public bus service connecting the port town of Gavrio to Mpatsi, Chora and Korthi. Taxis are available at all major towns. Car rental places can be found in Gavrio and Chora. Most towns and beaches are serviced by asphalt paved roads. A few more secluded beaches can be reached via dirt roads or boat. There is also an extensive network of footpaths covering most of the island; one of these connects the house to the nearby beach of Neimporio and the town of Chora. The house has private parking for a few cars.
