Our first floor apartment sleeps four comfortably but can sleep up to six people with the use of a sofa bed. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second has twin beds and a third room (our Quiet or Relaxation room) has a double sofa bed. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with shower over bath and a roof terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the Serrania de Ronda mountain ranges. There is also a log burning stove and central heating which are very useful during the winter months.

- Ideally situated for all local amenities and tourist attractions

The apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a quiet relaxation room which has a double sofa bed that can be made available on request at extra cost.

The terrace provides stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges and is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ to help you enjoy alfresco meals and is perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings.

As the apartment is part of an old Spanish house, it keeps very cool during the typically hot summer days however, for those chilly winter evenings it is centrally heated and there is also a wood burning stove in the lounge for your comfort.

- Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing and include linen and towels (not beach towels)
- Additional persons are charged at £50 per person per week
- A welcome pack (to include bread, water, local cheese and local wine etc) can be arranged if required
- Prices are inclusive of gas for cooking, hot water & one bottle of gas for portable heater and electricity (not central heating)
- Logs for the wood burning stove are available to purchase from local petrol stations.
- A non refundable deposit of £100 per week must be paid at the time of booking
- Balance paid 8 weeks before travel - if travelling within 8 weeks booking is to be paid in full
- If you cancel up to 30 days before you travel we can transfer your booking to another date
- A security deposit of £100 is payable and will be reimbursed within 7 days of leaving
- The usual changeover day is Saturday but this can be flexible
- All payments must be made directly into owners bank account (details provided separately)

About the neighbourhood
Ronda is one of Andalucía's loveliest towns, spectacularly situated, steeped in history, reputedly Hemingway's favourite city in all Spain.

Winters can be cold but in the main it's a delightful climate with 300 or so days of sunshine each year, and daytime summer temperatures usually around 30ºC.

The town itself is 739m above sea level, with a population of 35,000, is a delight, richly endowed with a heritage of magnificent buildings. Although one of the oldest cities in Spain, with a history which dates back to the mists of time, it was only in the Middle Ages that Ronda finally came into its own, achieving the status of an independent kingdom under Arabic rule.
