The rental house is located in a quiet area, within a neighborhood of villas, only 150 meters from the beach, and 10 min walk from the port of Souvala. The total house has 80 m² of exposed surface with 1.000 m² of private land, planted with traditional Greek plants and trees, like pistachio and olive trees.

Interaction with guests: The house is located in an exclusive area, with beautiful sea view, less than a 10 mins walk from Souvala port. There is a direct ferry boat route from Piraeus port to Souvala port. Souvala is a beautiful traditional fishing village with a nice beach, lot of taverns, bars, cafes, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Motorbikes and cars can be rented. Very close from the house, only 6 mins walk there is a beautiful beach with hot springs known as Thermal. There is also, a walking mountain road, very near the house that leads to Palaiochora, which is a medieval town, and to the monastery of Saint Nektarios.

From Aegina port: Estimate Distance: 11 km by car / taxi, estimated time required: 15 min - Take the coast road north to Souvala port - After Souvala port continue towards Vagia / Agia Marina onto main street Leoforos Alimpranti. - After 900 meters form Souvala port, on Bus Stop KAMARES turn right to Agios Krispos Church. - On the first street turn right, you will find our house. From Souvala port: Estimate Distance: 900 meters. On foot estimated time required: 10 min - Walk towards Vagia / Agia Marina onto main street Leoforos Alimpranti. - After 10 min on Bus Stop KAMARES turn right to Agios Krispos Church. - On the first street turn right, you will find our house.
