Designed to meet the needs of families and small groups this villa provides it all. As with all our villas, this Executive villa is perfectly located within 10-15 mins drive of Dubai's top attractions including Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach and the world famous Palm Island. The Executive Villa comprises of 4 spacious bedroom with lake views to the rear, a large private garden with private swimming, covered outdoor seating area, BBQ and a spacious lounge and dining area with separate kitchen, to host up to 8 guests including children. To the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms. The Executive Villa comprises of 4 spacious bedroom with lake views to the rear, a large private garden with private swimming, covered outdoor seating area, BBQ and a spacious lounge and dining area with separate kitchen, to host up to 8 guests including children. To the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a large King Size Bed and sofa bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom a security safe and an outdoor terrace, which overlooks the garden, swimming pool& lake. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large double bed overlooking the local area. The third bedroom provides two single beds which also overlook the front of the villa. All the bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes for ample storage. Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided as standard. To the ground floor the open plan loungearea provides seating for up to 8 guests, and a dining area which also offers seating for 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is completely separate with all the modern day appliances. The ground floor offers a WC and a separate study room with sofa bed, work desk and chair, which can also easily transformed into a fourth bedroom if required. The fully equipped kitchen provides a great place to cook and prepare your own meals with the provision of all crockery and cutlery items. To get your holiday off to a flying start Medlock Villas offers a great welcome pack which includes various breakfast items. Also included is weekly maid service as well as television with satellite channels and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.

Perfect Holiday, Home form Home

We stayed in one of the Medlock Villas in Springs 6. It was a wonderful location beautiful spacious villa with all mod con needed. We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for us all. The service received was excellent from both Bilal and Hafiz any issue was dealt with immediately. We only had an issue with tiny brown ants, and there was a sand storm on the last few days that left our pool looking rather murky. That aside the pool was cleaned twice a week and the house cleaned and fresh linen and towels were provided once a week. We were also given a lovely complementary breakfast hamper which was great. Springs is a great location to stay, it is quiet and only a short drive from all of Dubai's attraction's. There is a mini mall with a supermarket that is just a stones throw away. I would definitely recommend a car when staying in Springs.

Whatever you are looking for from spices to gold you will find at the entertaining, atmospheric location. As an open port with low import duties, Dubai's retail prices are reasonable and the variety of products available is virtually unrivalled. The worlds richest horse race, ran at Nad al Sheba, is held every year where people come form all over the world to be part of this cosmopolitan event. Other events include the Dubai Desert Classic and the annual Tennis open, not to mention Offshore Powerboat racing and the Rugby 7's making Dubai the "sports capital of the Middle East".

Flights are available from - Etihad Airways and Emirates (Local Airlines) Car hire is available by contacting us direct, for best rates. Taxis are readily available from the airport and should cost no more than 80 Dirhams. Dubai metro runs from Dubai International Airport to Dubai Marina & Dubai Internet City from 5am - 11pm daily.
