The Gourmet Kitchen features Granite Counter tops. All new Stainless Steel Appliances are set off by the white wood cabinetry and the glass tile backsplash. The cabinets are loaded with everything that you will need to cook and entertain during your stay. This is not the usual three pans and mismatched dish place settings for eight. We offer a set of 12 every dishes suitable for poolside and a 8 piece place setting of stoneware. The two full baths have also been totally renovated with everything but the tubs removed before rebuilding. Counter Height Vanities, Granite Counters and Sinks have ample storage space. Thick, Thirsty Towels are ready and waiting for you.

The Open and Airy Great Room/Dining/Kitchen Area enjoys a 60' Internet Ready Television. Cable and Netflix are both available on this set. The floor looks like wood but is in fact an easy to care for tile. All furniture was purchased new.

The leather couch pulls out into a queen size bed allowing for additional guests. There is even an inflatable mattress if you need even more sleeping space. Inside the Television Cabinet, you will find a variety of games, movies and books to keep you busy.

The Master Suite enjoys new furniture with a queen bed, walk in closet along with a private bath. The restful Gray Color Scheme will relax you instantly. The pool view is available to help get rid of any remaining pre-vacation stress. There is an internet ready television for your enjoyment, along with a ceiling fan to keep the breezes blowing.

The second bedroom also features a queen bed. This coral escape has a nice double closet, new furniture, internet ready television, ceiling fan and two windows.

The third bedroom can sleep three people. There is a full size bottom bed along with a twin upper bunk. The television with built-in DVD player is a hit with the kids, there are even a few toys for the younger set. The New Gentleman's Chest offers seven drawers and several shelves for storage, in addition there is a large double closet here. A small desk is available here too.

The Laundry area is located inside the home now and not in the garage. The full size washer and dryer will make it easy to take home clean clothes. There is a laundry sink that is the perfect place to clean up those shells you find on the beach.

The 1300 square feet lanai is a favorite for visitors. The pool is heated with a solar heater. The side area is designed to keep the grill out of the weather. There is a little seating for those wanting to keep an eye on the grill master.

The kidney shaped Pool is heated by a solar heater. The 5 foot deph is depth for swimming and playing both. Lounge chairs provide the perfect place to soak up the rays. The wicker sectional welcomes friends and drinks as you celebrate the sunset. A Naples tradition.

Ready to head for the beach? You will find everything you need here! Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach towels and even a sand bucket or two. Two bicycles are ready for you to use and explore the area.
