Security Cameras - Please note that there are 2 external security cameras installed - one looking to the front driveway and road, and another at the back looking into the canal side. The sole purpose of the cameras is for the protection of both guests and hosts and the security of the property. 1 hr drive from Perth City or 1 and 1/4 hr from Airport. 5 mins drive to the Cut Golf Course. Short walk to Port Bouvard Marina, restaurants, Irish pub and Fish and Chips. Watch dolphins swim by. Superb holiday destination. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do every time we're there. A short drive from the house will take you to nearby grocery supermarkets, fast food, Taverns, Halls Head Central and Mandurah Forum Shopping Centres, nearby child-friendly library and the Transperth Train Station. The property is conveniently located as a good short-stay stopover for holiday makers traveling to and from the South like Margaret River (daytrip), Busselton or Albany.More

1. As with all our guests, we will keep in touch throughout your stay with us. 2. Below are some of the SHOPPING Centres and SUPERMARKETS a) Miami Plaza only 5 mins drive on Old Coast Road has a Supermarket Woolworths. BBQ meats may also be found in a store here. There is also the liquor store First Choice here. b) Miami Village next to Miami Plaza is 5 mins away has a supermarket IGA that opens from 5am to 11pm. There is a Coles another 1 min drive away from here. c) Halls Head Central which is the newest complex 10 mins drive away on Old Coast Road. There’s Coles, Aldi and Kmart and many other shops. d) Mandurah Forum on Pinjarra Road which is slightly further about 15 mins drive. There’s Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Kmart, Target etc.

Peel estuary is well known for its placid and unspoiled environment and its pristine nature. It is rich in sea life too. Mandurah is famous for it's Blue swimmer crabs. Good facilities for family boating, fishing, crabbing or just frolicking at the beaches.
