House Rental
We finished building this home in Nov 2015. It is built to North American standards with a septic tank and a well. There is ocean view and excellent surf just 150 on the beach in front of the house. For beginners there is a surf bay 10 min walk. For advanced surfers there is a fantastic wave bay 10 min drive (the boom). There are 3 restaurants nearby and another small one is being built to be open in 2017. And Eveling, the wife of our caretaker can cook you an Nicaraguan meal for very, very affordable price ($ 3.5 per plate including 2 fried fish, plantains, rise, fresh salad.)
If you want to get away from everything, enjoy empty beaches, hear the sounds of nature, interact with friendly locals, this house is for you. If you are looking for another Starbuck place, you will not like it. H...
