Blue Poles' backyard is fully fenced for children's safety. The large backyard features fruit trees (lemon,fig, apricot, apple, nectarine, and plum) and, of course, a Hills' Hoist clothes line. The front and back yards are fully grassed. Covered back decking with an outdoor table setting, deck chairs, and gas BBQ. Lock-up garage with internal access to house. The house owners take bookings for up to 8 people and is ideal for a couple up to 3 couples or families. Nice decent place. The place is renovated and is comfortable and clean. The kids loved the large area at the back. Its close to the market and we had a relaxing and comfortable day. Overall its vslue for money and we will visit again soon....More

Thank you for the positive feedback. Even though the house is located on the main street in Cowes' township, it, nevertheless, has a large secure backyard which has always been a great source of pleasure for the kids.

The house key is located on the premises, so you can arrive at any time during your stay. You can call me on my mobile if you have any problems. My cleaner and gardener/handyman live very close by to Blue Poles and will be able to tend to any issues you may have at the house.

How to get there
The house is located 3 1/2 streets from Cowes beach and pier and is on the main avenue in Cowes at 200 Thompson Ave., directly opposite Arthur Phillip Motor Inn. Across the road is the RSL. Blue Poles Holiday House is set a little in from the main road; you can turn off at St. Georges Rd to enter the short service road in front of the house. The house number 200 is on the mail box in front and there are actually blue poles on the front veranda of the house. There is amble parking for several cars at the house.
